I called Jason and asked if he could fix my wife’s phone. He said he was watching children who didn’t have school because of teacher in service day. When I told him we were from out of town He said he would meet at the office in 20 minutes. He put a new screen on the phone and we were on our way and continued our vacation. Great service.

I can only assume this place is no longer in business. There is no storefront at the address listed on the website ( the suite numbers only go to 12)and repeated phone calls have gone unreturned even though the voicemail answers as the business. Get it together IT guy and tell everyone you couldn't make it.

My Sis dropped off one of my smartphones on Oct 5th. She talked to him 3 weeks ago. Since then Jason has not returned any calls. He has a smartphone that requires a screen replacement. Poor communication is a great way to destroy a business. I will up there Dec 19th. Since I drive OTR 300 plus days a year it is hard to attend to poor service issues. N Beck, Calumet
