Everyone I have encountered at Crest Hill animal hospital is beyond kind, caring, respectful and helpful. Having to change docs with a 15 year old dog was not what I had in mind but they have made the transition a pleasant experience and have welcomed my crochety senior dog with open arms. Keep doing what you’re doing you are all amazing!!!!

Dr brandy is great. Nice bed side manner and I trust her with my cats. Knowledgeable and very detailed. The only thing vet bills have gone up so much. Like everything else. That's my only complaint.

Took our 2 chihuahuas there for their first-time visit (previous vet retired), the staff was truly amazing. From walking in and being greeted to the nurses registering them and the vet being so courteous and kind with them, everyone was professional, helpful, and just all around a good feeling while there.

Excellent staff & pet care! My Shih Tzu has been going here since last year and every visit is a positive experience. It is such a relief to find a quality/caring veterinarian office!

I took my senior dog in yesterday for a quick nail trim. And I mean quick!! We sat for maybe 2 minutes then she was taken in back for her "pedicure" her tech called it. Chloe does not like to have her feet touched. I muzzled my chiweenie for her safety. She had her done and back in my arms in less than 10 minutes. Chloe was a happy girl the whole way home. I've been taking my pets to Crest Hill Animal Hospital since I adopted my first cat in 2009. The staff are always warm, welcoming, and friendly and treat you like you've been friends for years. The doctors are fantastic, thorough, and make sure that you understand everything you need to go to continue to keep your furry loved ones happy and healthy.

Having used to work at an animal hospital myself, I can tell this place does it’s best to serve pet parents and their patients to the best of their abilities! My black cat, Kai, is not the fondest of the vet but they manage to take their time and make sure he’s as calm as they can possibly get him before any exam which helps a ton. They follow up when needed and have been very helpful when he’s been sick, gotten any vaccines and after his neuter last year. Reasonably priced for the average cost of vet services.

Everyone is always kind and so great with our pets. The care and compassion is unbelievable. Our cat that we lost had an appointment and they called in which my wife informed then of the passing of our cat. And my wife checked our mail and there was such a beautiful card from the everyone there. Unfortunately we have had two older dogs that we had to bring there and they were do wonderful. Then to receive such a nice card for our wasabi. The way everyone cares is why we continue to bring our pets here. Thank you for being the wonderful people with big hearts that care. The miller's

My dog has never walked into a vet with ease. They made him comfy. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the office and Dr's are quick to reply. I'm glad we made the switch to this office.

They are the best! Took very good care of my Ichabod for his vaccines, who can be very naughty lol. With a little TLC, and a bit of sedatives, he had a good experience! Highly recommend them. Clean facility, friendly staff, amazing doctors.

I would never take my little girl anywhere else they exam her from head to toe and tell me what they are doing and why then they telll me what if anything is wrong and my little girl is not afraid at all and I feel confident when I leave

My husky puppy is very hyper and can be a pain to examine because of his energy level and his training is a work in progress but everyone at Crest Hill Animal Hospital was so patient and friendly with him! Thank you so much for treating us so well.

Helped me get my dog microchipped for a trip to Canada while I was visiting my family in the area. Awesome and kind!!

Everyone at this office was very nice and helpful. I brought in my 15 year old cat who was very sick. I had a feeling that it was a terminal illness, and it was. The vet was very honest with me about this. I appreciated that she didn't try to talk me into some sort of treatment that would not be useful. When it came time to let her go, everyone was very helpful and compassionate. I got to hold my kitty as she passed on. I highly recommend Crest Hill Animal hospital. I will definitely be using them in the future!

Dr. Kelly was EXCELLENT in providing information and instruction on how to care for my aging pup's ears and general well-being.

I don’t know what I would do if this place every closes down! Everyone that works there from the front desk to the drs are amazing. Any question you have they don’t make you feel like it’s a dumb question and the care is beyond words. My dog has anxiety and the dr sits with him on the floor and tries to relax him instead of making the situation worse. The patience and love they put into their works is out of this world.
