I want everyone to know I put a review up 5 months ago about Sterling apartments and the truth is I didn't think about what I was saying and how it was going to hurt someone's feelings because my mind was stuck in my emotions which does not excuse the review I left. The supervisor and all of the staff that works at Sterling Apartments are good people and care a lot so this means a lesson for me don't judge a book by its cover without getting to know the person. I am very sorry to the supervisor of our apartments and all the staff I offended it was not fair to any of them and my problems at the apartments are taken seriously please forgive the last review thank you!

Positive experience with the counselors & front office staff.

My son has been seen for 6 months and they rushed through his counseling. I was rescheduled several times by his counselor to touch base on his progress. Then when the day finally came to meet she did not show up nor was I able to get ahold of his counsoler for weeks after that happed. The only time they actually touched base with me was to tell me they stoped his service and said he seems to be adjusting well. I couldn’t reach anyone while trying to get ahold of the counsoler. I was not kept informed of progress and it felt as if they didn’t attempt to do any actual counseling. I would not recommend.

If you need help anytime soon, don’t count on it here. Waited a month extremely uncomfortable under the impression of seeing a doctor, and came in on my only day off work… to pay $160 for someone to type basic info I could have done myself in 5 minutes, and told 2 more months for a doctor! Who knows what tomorrow holds for your mental health. Don’t wait, find help.

Added - It has now been 2 months since I have written this review, and for me back on a treatment plan at different office. Finally am starting to get back to progressing. Today I’ve received a bill from sinnisippi demanding I pay another $40… I had been unexpectedly dropped by my insurance, then following, my primary care. I was uninsured, with no where to go. The out of pocket price for this appointment I was told was $160, as stated above. I was already struggling financially but under the impression I was going to see a doctor, I found a way to pay for it. Only to find I had been mislead. Now 2 months later, mysterious charges with the threat of collections. Sad.

I'd highly suggest going anywhere else if you need help with your mental state. Went for over 2 months with suicidal thoughts, can barely leave my home, no treatment plan, then the day BEFORE my treatment appointment they cancel, tried calling three times and got hung up on each time. Thanks so much for NOTHING!
Just adding i commented on their facebook page about if they paid attention to the client they wouldnt have such high suicide rates, i was blocked from commenting. So you block and silence those who are expressing their negative experiences with you. You should be ashamed of yourselves!

Your phones aren't working. I need to get a hold of someone to tell them that we were exposed to covid and to have my appointment over the phone instead. It doesn't even ring to go through.
