Danielle does a great job on our Bishon. She's very friendly and helpful. She understands our pups needs he cannot go into a kennel. We do the express service.

I order aquarium parts online and pick-up here. The order is ready, correct, and pick-up is easy.

The vibes from the hamsters were a little off. Very dark aura. Hoping local hero Thaddeus fixes this. Not culturally enriching, do not recommend for fellow tourists.

The staff and managers are friendly and helpful. I often buy cat food online, but I had paper coupons to use, and hardly any money.

I have been going to PetSmart for many many years. Always clean and friendly. They have a great selection of everything no matter what your pet is. Definitely recommend.

Isac was so helpful in picking out the right cone/pillow needed for my small dog! He was very friendly and took his time with making sure we got what we needed. Great service!

We love our Sterling PetSmart. Kaos and Chubby get their photo with santa every year! We made sure to collect our extra points! Ally and Becky helped socialize our dog until he became better in public. Now they love all their friends at PetSmart!

Docs mom!

Tristan did an amazing job with doc! My dog is a bit spazzy and has super bad separation anxiety and he is hard to dry bc he wants to sit down lol he def had his work cut out for him. This was my first time there and doc came back to me fresh, smelling great and excited! Highly recommend will be returning!

A review for the grooming department!!
Ali is a huge life saver! My border collie got into a lot of burrs covering him head to toe. I called Petsmart and Ali was able to get me in right away. I was even able to bring him in early which helps bc my dog gets nervous. She is so caring and understanding. She not only is amazing at what she does but she is very aware and keen on how my dog reacts towards newer people. my dog gets nervous and needs some time to get adjusted to his new surroundings. She made ranger feel comfortable and reassured me he would be okay. I'm so happy and thankful for Ali and all she does for ranger! I wouldn't trust anyone else! She deserves a raise!!

Bugs are always sold out or dead unfortunately. I've been multiple times with the same issue every time.

Update: last few months bugs were all good. Great job, love this store!

Awesome place. We adopted this girl from there. We filed the papers and were called the next day.

I love the store .the people that work in the store are very knowledgeable and friendly. I love the pet groomers to they did a wonderful job on my dog when I took him in there to have him groomed . I really like the manager alli that works at petsmart in the grooming department. She is very helpful and a very Beautiful woman. And nice to take to. Once my little bit got sick and she took him to the veterinarian 4 me. I think she is a very sweet and caring woman. You should be proud to have her. I wish she was my wife.

This was my first time taking my dog here to be groomed. She’s had a lot of haircuts before but never any like this. The groomer, Ali, went above and beyond to make sure my dog felt comfortable and that she was well taken care of. Both my dog and I loved the job that was done, and I will be going here from now on to get my dogs haircut/grooming needs !!

Everyone in Grooming was great as usual. Sam took good care of Fluffy. Done Quickly. All others very friendly & helpful. Love going there. Thank-you.
