Park 'N Fly Chicago Midway

This was our first time using park 'n fly and we will DEFINITELY be using it in the future! Love that right after you park they come and pick you up right at your parking spot and load your luggage too. And when you return the shuttle was waiting right there and even if it filled up before you could get on there was another shuttle right down the road. Loved that when you get dropped back off in the parking lot it's right at your car. It's an absolutely amazing service and reasonable price!

Excellent experience. Easy to book and change reservation. Great and prompt service to and from the airport. Highly recommend. Will definitely use them again if I need to park my car for a trip.

A great place to park your vehicle! I love the location and it's close to the airport. The drivers gets two thumbs up. They were on time picking me up from the airport and dropping me off. I wasn't worried about my vehicle and I felt safe myself parking there. The only place I would park when I fly out of Midway! Job well done P&F

Reserving a date and time to park is extremely easy. Everything can be done online! Once the app is on my phone and the reservation is made, I can see the QR code that will allow me into the lot. The attendant in the booth is always cheerful and friendly directing me as to what aisle I should self-park. I've never waited more than 3-4 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up then. I recently had a flight come in at Midway after 11:00PM on a Sunday night. As a woman traveling alone, I was a little worried about how scary it would be finding the shuttle. As soon as I walked outside, I could see it waiting for me. The drive was friendly, attentive and easily got my 2 bags onto the shuttle and then afterwards, placed them right into my car. He waited until I was in my car before leaving. I only have great things to say about Park 'N Fly! I definitely give it 10 out of 10 stars!

My husband and I love this place. The price is great and the staff is so helpful and pleasant. I've used it twice. This is our go to place to park when we fly out of Midway. I wish they had a location near O'Hare Airport too.

On time, polite, and helpful. First time using the service and the employees were patient with any of our questions. Due to heavy fog, we ended up having to re-schedule our flight for the next day. Park n' Fly came back to get us, we got our vehicle easily, and they explained the process of then having to come back the next day to try and get on our flight. We just pulled up to the gate, explained the situation to the employee working that day, and they directed us to where we need to go. No problems, easy peasy. Awesome experience!!!!

This was a wonderful experience. I’ve parked in other lots where they are overcrowded and parked my car for me and kept my keys and I came back to a damaged car. This lot I could park where I wanted, kept my keys, and it was very spacious. Shuttle picked us up right at our car immediately and handled all our luggage. Was super fast and easy to get a shuttle back after our trip, and both drivers were above and beyond friendly and helpful. I will absolutely use the Park N Fly lot again!

The customer service at the entrance gate of the parking lot were so helpful. I couldn't find my reservation and the barcode and the employee at the gate was able to scan me in and gave me directions on how to access the covered parking lot. The man that drove the bus for my pickup was very helpful in getting my luggage and helping me off the bus as I am 72 years young and slow careful moving.

All staff is courteous and the ride to the airport, fast and prompt! The drivers and gate staff are always helpful. I’ve never had a bad experience. The lot feels safe and secure. I have nothing but good words for park and fly!

Super easy! Absolutely convenient! Must use it if flying out of the city! Attendants delivered me from my car door to the terminal BOTH ways! HALF the price of airport parking locations! Cannot say enough about the positive personal experience that I had.

Its been years since I have used Park Ride Fly near Midway Airport only because we moved out of the area. I was just as impressed with their service today as I was years ago. This company runs like a well oiled machine. Customer service, ease of use and reliability are top notch. I would highly recommend them. Just wish more businesses could be run like this one. I want to acknowledge whoever (MDW) discovered that I had left my driver's side window open and took the time to tape it up. When I returned it was a rainy day and the inside of my car would have been soaked. It also says something about the security of the lot, as nothing in my car was missing. Thank you thank you! In general, the shuttle service was great, I didn't have to wait at all either departing or returning, shuttle drivers were helpful and kind and the price was fair.

Love the convenience of Park and Fly. Recently was charged a lot of money at the gate to exit after paying in full way ahead of time, and Carmine got back to me immediately to resolve the issue and refund my money. If you ever have an issue, contact this guy. He is great!

I found the location easily, and was greeted at my car by the shuttle. The driver took my bags from me, so I didn't have to carry them to the shuttle. No waiting to leave the lot, transfer time was about 10 minutes, and the driver handled my bags at the airport. Very friendly, convenient, and affordable service.

The parking facility is a little more than a five minute drive to the Midway Airport terminal. I have found the employees to be courteous and helpful. Once you get the code online it is an easy entry and exit to the parking facility and the daily fee is very reasonable. The shuttle buses run frequently from a location right outside baggage claim so it is convenient.

These people were awesome! Everything was so well organized and precise! They picked us up as soon as we parked and took us to the airport. They grabbed all our suitcases and helped everyone. Coming back they were there as soon as we got outside. The guy that picked us up was so sweet and personable. Definitely coming back next time I travel 😄

Parking reservation completed and gate personnel was very friendly gave clear parking instruction and shuttle availability and wished us a safe flight. A great start to our family vacation!! The shuttle driver arrived minutes later and accommodated us with luggage assistance and reminded us if we had are keys, tickets & cellphones. Great service!!!

Worked out great for us. Spring break busy time do we appreciate knowing we have a place.
Biggest plus is your vans being right there and your drivers who are very professional and helpful

QR code to enter always works at gate. The fence and barb wire and cameras makes me feel like my car will be fine while I’m away. The shuttle has always been ready to take me to airport right away or within a couple minutes. Every driver I have encountered has been so courageous , friendly, and professional. Have always put all luggage on shuttle and at airport taken off shuttle. Pickup had been superb as well walk right out door 5 no congestion at all and NOT confused at where shuttle will arrive. Very easy ! And drop off is very convenient and QR to exit. Go about your day fees are VERY reasonable. My entire family parks there every vacation. We all will continue to park at park n fly. No one has ever had an issue.

Park and Fly was a breeze. From the online booking to parking, catching the shuttle to the airport and catching the shuttle back it made my travel experience fantastic. When I arrived to park the shuttle was waiting and when we returned to the airport we walked out the door and there was a shuttle there waiting. I will use this service again, and highly recommend to everyone.
