Austin Outpatient Pharmacy

This is hands down the best pharmacy I've ever been to. One may think "a pharmacy is just a pharmacy." I highly suggest you try Austin Outpatient Pharmacy. They are fast and truly care about their customers. 10/10 service. I no longer use any other pharmacy.

The staff at Austin Pharmacy is awesome! To me, their service is personalized, they know exactly who I am when I walk thru the door and I'm acknowledged! They work hard at making sure I get all my meds and when something isn't available, they make sure it gets delivered to me. Taishia, Tarik and Manuel I (hope I didn't butcher the name spellings too bad) thank you for all you do!

Great pharmacy! Small, but only downsides being the occasional lack of some preferred generic manufacturers, and for some reason Austin Outpatient Pharmacy was granted a rather small retail space inside of a largely unused community hospital in which to conduct business (they deserve double the square footage). I wouldn't write a review if not for absolute first-rate service that all of the staff members provide; cashier, stocker, techs and lastly Ron(Owner & Pharmacist) are one of the few remaining 'independents' still surviving on the business model of extremely fair-to-unbeatable prices, friendly faces who remember your name, and a genuine desire to fill a critical role in the 'Doctor-Patient-Pharmacist' triad. Give them a try!

The pharmacy people are so nice!!!! And their delivery guy is great too! They're all soo helpful and the pharmacist guy even took the time to speak with me about important things even though it looked they was busy.

I had baaaaad experiences at some drug stores for my medications so I like them. They said they could take care of me by calling my pharmacy so I could get them be delivered for free. And I wouldn't have to do nothing. Niceeee.
