Hyatt Regency Schaumburg, Chicago

I had a good time staying here, everything was clean and the service was fine. Pool was nice, gym was fine, Starbucks inside lobby. Restaurant on site, nice steak house next door. Lots of parking and it’s close to the mall and lots of shopping and restaurants. Only things that bothered me was not having a microwave in the room and needing to walk down 2 halls to get to a community one and that the water left in the room if used was $5/ bottle u less you were their member.

Josh at the bar was absolutely incredible. The room itself was a little warm, but that's alright due to the temperature outside. Josh, the bartender, was incredible and made us feel incredibly welcome. Anytime I'm back in the area I'll be back at this hotel only to enjoy conversations with my new favorite bartender.

We got a really good hotwire deal for this hotel. I've never had a problem with Hyatt Regency and this place was no exception. The room was nice and cool throughout the night, bed was cozy, bathrooms were very nice. Would stay in Hyatt Regency again no question.

Front lobby is very inviting! The front desk personnel are very friendly and helpful!! The room is very clean. The bathroom could use being a bit bigger. Multiple ballroom's for events and gatherings! Gym is hidden, though has a fair amount of barbells.

Raul is an amazing individual. He goes above and beyond to make sure any doubts are clear. Friendly and Handsome. Always on point since he has started with new staff take over it has been a delight to stay here when we visit. If you need a place recommended whether it be food or stores he can guide you for what is good entertainment near this area.

It was a great yearly kickoff for work. This year was here at the Hyatt and staff was great and the food was good. The Appetizers after the meeting were good and I enjoyed our time there.

Always a nice spot for a conference. Rooms are clean, check in check out is easy. King room 5th floor very quiet. Food at the hotel for the conference was fine. Not stellar, just fine.

The staff here is incredibly amazing. It all starts with manager Raul, assistant Otis Maddox as well as front desk agent Neressa. They took great care of my wife and I. Raul went above and beyond. Post pandemic, surveys conducted showed that customer service took a massive dive in the hospitality address so it's truly refreshing to see this team here stepping up their game! I'm truly impressed. Will definitely stay here in the future.

Great conference hotel. Rooms were clean. Staff was very friendly. Public spaces are very welcoming.

Visit was for business and this hotel is modern with a multitude of amenities and prime location. Received nothing short of excellent service from the entire staff, very attentive and accommodating (especially: D’otis, Berta, and Raul). Definitely would recommend!

The physical plant is well laid out, the employees are gracious and very friendly, the waitstaff gave excellent service despite having over 200 people to serve. The chicken breast was paper dry otherwise the food was good. I would definitely hold a function there. The parking was great.

I enjoyed my stay. The food at the bar was very good. The atrium is a nice gathering place. There are many attractions locally.

Rooms need updated badly. The furniture chipped and water spots. The bathrooms super small and the rooms with a shower only have mild dew tiles, one room had broken tiles on shower floor. We were moved to 4 different rooms. We received 2 free breakfast for our troubles. Excellent breakfast and waiters were outstanding! Overall staff was very kind and went out of their way to offer Starbucks coffee. I just feel rooms could be cleaner.

I stayed at this hotel numerous times, and probably it is the one Hyatt Regency that has the most warm and welcoming staffs I have ever been in. The front desk staffs - Kristina and Juliette, who I had the pleasure to meet with several times, were very helpful and attentive. They took the extra measures to make sure that my stays were not only comfortable, but also memorable. I also want to applaud the staffs working in Market Bar during breakfast time, particularly Bashkim and Floriberto. They both were outstanding! They would remember the way I wanted my morning juices, and one of them even saved me my favorite jam before it ran out. Yes - the reality is - it is one of the older Hyatt facilities, but it has not lost its charm and quality in any way. I know that I need to give raving reviews when I get excited knowing that I am coming back to this location!

Nice place. Breakfast average, but great breakfast staff. Good bar and bar food. Room was smaller than expected and not like the picture.

This hotel was a nice stay. The rooms were very spacious and updated. The breakfast was good both days and had plenty to eat. The front desk staff was very nice and made our stay great. The only negative was that you can hear things from the windows. Like cars from highway and people talking outside. We were located on 3rd floor.

Went for a convention, was nice, clean, beautiful foyer. The side room Slate has a very weird and narrow layout

Modern hotel with lots of amenities. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean. Buffet breakfast was definitely worth the price to kickstart your day. Wait staff were super attentive. Would come back and stay again. Definitely recommend.
