DXL Big + Tall

This store carries things my local DXL doesn't. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. I'll be back next time I'm in town for business.

Plenty of clothes to pick from for those of us over 2XL. Good quality stuff, even though it means more money. But still plenty of things at very reasonable prices. Happy with my visit.

I went to purchase a suit for my bestfriend’s wedding. I was assisted by Cynthia, she helped me get measured as I didn’t know what size I would be. Being a woman I was really nervous going to buy a suit but Cynthia and her coworker who I didn’t catch his name made the experience so great. I definitely recommend this location and I am so happy with my purchase.

Store is always clean and inventory matches what is shown online. Customer service was great as well.

My boyfriend and I typically shop here for him and get advice and opinions from one young lady but today we worked with Dakota. He was extremely friendly, personable, and made the entire shopping experience comfortable and welcoming! We would definitely come back not only for the range of sizes they offer but to get the stellar type of service we received today.

The 2 men that were working late last Sunday were very helpful. I felt bad, because we were keeping them, but they were patient and did not rush us. We got some nice items!!

Went in to get some dress pants. I was greeted right away and asked if I needed any help. She found my size and it was a perfect fit. I also bought some shoes with a wider width. Great prices and I actually liked shopping.

DXL has a great selection to choose from and very helpful people.

Long time customer of this location. Staff are always very helpful and focus on service. They have most things in stock compared to other locations.

I was able to exchange a few pair of pants for ones they had in stock. One pair that wasn't in stock, was sent to my home within a few days. Hassle free.

Best place i have been to get good looking dress clothes,and shoes that fit and has good material I will definitely be back

I cannot begin to explain the amazing service and options at DXL Schaumburg! Nathan saved the day for both my husband and I. We needed a suit for a first interview and Nathan knocked it put of the park and made my husband feel confident in his selection. Then came the 2nd interview, I came back and Nathan, once again, delivered! Thanks can’t begin to cover it. The choices and knowledge of fit were spot on. Wish I could give 10 stars

Are you tired of walking into places and hoping they have your size. Not here they have every size you could need as a big and tall guy. I'll be coming here more often. I walked out so pleased with my purchase and a smile that I didn't have to settle for a smaller size and hope the was didn't shrink it. Best clothes shopping experience ever

Even though I have lost quite a lot of weight and can now use the convenience of traditional big box retail stores for most of my clothing, DXL never fails in clutch situations! They are always friendly and provide excellent customer service. I went there today after two of the other competitors failed to have what I needed for an interview. Right away I was greeted and was offered help in finding the shirt to go with the pants I already owned. I highly recommend this store for top quality service and options, thank you!

The sales person named "Nick" was great. He made me feel comfortable. He's professional, respectful and takes the time to help you. I bought a sports coat from him and I love it. People complimented me on how good it looks. I've since recommended your store and to ask for Nick. Thank you for helping me and at the same time, look good.

Great service. The gentleman who helped me did an amazing job getting me what I was looking for. He was even suggesting clearance items first. My wife and I really enjoyed the experience. Found quality items with some really great help from the staff.
