I don’t know what has happened to this Pharmacy since the pandemic hit but thusly are just plain rude. Their demeanor gives the impression that they do not have the time or patience to assist you with questions and can not be bothered. When you call to ask questions they are short, vague, and rude with responses. I have called several times to ask for assistance and they act as if I’m an idiot. I will happily drive to Waterloo or Columbia to get my prescriptions.

I'm only giving it a 1 star because it won't give me the option of 0. Now that they don't have Competition they make up their own hours. Which do not include weekends. So if you go to the Dr and they give you meds on Friday good luck getting them in any timely manner. Also half the time the phone is busy. Ultimately results in them not having meds in and having your rx transferred to waterloo. Don't waste your time. Make the drive to waterloo.

I quit using this pharmacy years ago! I had a controlled substance prescription that I had filled here and when I went to pick it up the prescription wasn’t full. I thought it was a simple mistake so I called them and they made it right. The next time I had to renew the tablets were not whole. It looked like the tops had been shaved off. I also had a prescription that they labeled to take at evening and when I couldn’t sleep that night I called the office from where it was prescribed when checked they told me the prescription said to take in the morning. One other time I had a prescription for pain reliever cream and when my husband picked it up he looked at it, it was expired. When he told the older guy behind the counter he told my husband it would be okay to use but my husband demanded a new tube. It costs more money to drive to Sparta and Waterloo but we’ll worth the change fir a trustworthy pharmacy!

No stars. Rude and incompetent. ordered a script 3 weeks ago and they had to order it. Never hear back. They say take the script somewhere else when I have called to inquire. BF tried to fill his scripts there and met a rude woman who says they don't have the meds take somewhere else.

I have been a loyal customer since I was a child, I even remember buying penny candy at their original location near the square. I understand closing the lobby, with all the covid issues. Unfortunately, they just changed their hours to Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Everyone else is opening up with longer hours. Sad to say but all my prescriptions will be going to Wal-Mart now. I can't take off work to go pick up a script 4+ times a month. :(

Called ahead of time to ensure they had the quantity of what my prescription was for and the woman was very rude and reluctant to do as much. Arrived 20 mins later and same rude woman said it would be 30-45 mins. I asked how it could possibly take that long when it only took her less than 1 min to check if they had it in stock and the quantity, where she said we'll text you when you prescription is ready. Still waiting over an hour later.

Used to be a great pharmacy but since the pandemic has happend this place is not the same. They used to be sorry for any inconveniences but that is no longer the case. They have changed the hours and I cant take off work every single time!

Not only are they extremely rude, but there seems to be some issue everything single time you go. It's just not what it used to be.

They are just straight up rude for no reason.
