It was a great experience. The physicians were very professional and friendly. They addressed my health issues immediately and prescribed what I needed. They were very thorough and helpful. I’m so thankful we have a facility in our home town that can address our health problems. I’ll definitely go back if need be.

In bigger cities I would wait 2 hrs after the appointment time to see the Dr. At Horizon they get you in right on time with little to no waiting. The Dr’s and staff are friendly and super helpful.

Our community is blessed to have such a fabulous facility—and fabulous people—to care for our medical needs.

Great they get you taken care of if there are appointments not on same day they actually went out of there way to make sure I got everything done in one day...was exhausting but it was great

I was just starting to feel comfortable with PA.Russell and now I hear that he's leaving it's just not fair😢 patient should have some say over this too. My heart hurts knowing that he's leaving. 💔Why can't he stay?

Doctors are good but the ownership and management sucks,missed appointment due to health condition and not allowed to come back,gotta love a place that won't let it's doctors help people.BS

This is the worst place I have ever been to. They have not addressed my issues nor followed thru. I never receive returned phone calls either. I will not return to this horrible place.
