I received two Christmas cards from my dad in Branson MO. It somehow got to me without a zip code and the city was spelled Cedor Raprda. If that doesn't blow your mind he didn't even put the state. But my mail man showed up like always. Thank you for all the hard work this year. Hats off to the' southwest side postal workers.

Great location, fast service, I don't usually have to wait to long to mail my packages they also have a handy drop box door that you can use to drop tour packages off. This is great if you don't need a receipt. The clerks working the counter have always been very friendly and helpful. I recommend this location. I have never tried to call and i don't recommend calling any post office any way.

I waited in line under 2 minutes once a clerk saw I was in line she came and was the second person taking customers. Worked fast but still chatted. Knowledgeable about all the stamps. Very lovely experience.

Five stars to the front line staff---outstanding customer service! Patient, professional and courteous. However, leadership at this location fails the cardinal rule of retail....respect for the customer! Mr. Postmaster, when the line is to the door--see photo with window closed to the right. Please...take a moment to come out from behind the wall and support your team! Open all of the stations, serve your customers and take their money. Also, when you are being paged to the customer service door, respond! Retail 101. Stop by any Hy-Vee grocery store in Cedar Rapids if you need a lesson on how leaders serve their customers and employees.

Kudos for folks who really are public servants! With two clerks behind the counter, one of whom was working with a man sending many packages overseas, the line was long, and getting longer. A third clerk, working on something else, stopped what she was doing and opened a third station behind the counter until the line was gone.

Called in regards to two certified letters that had not been returned. The woman I spoke with was very friendly and described the process to me in detail. Very helpful, thank you!

Great location off Hy30 and hours are convenient, place is clean, staff is diligent and friendly, has been here several times. Good job!
