The best Cedar Rapids has to offer. I'm always skeptical of today's service companies adding frivolous charges. Not here. The technician came on time, went to work solving the issue, provided the bill which was lower than expected, and accepted payment. I couldn't be happier.

If you haven't called our local Roto-Rooter for drain cleaning, repair or anything sewer related you should be. I've been using them the past 5+ years after switching from another company previously, and I'm so glad I made the change. The quality of service we receive from everyone at Roto-Rooter is absolutely first class every time! I had an issue this week with some drains and gave them a call and they scheduled me in the next day. Then Zach and Terry showed up and diagnosed the problem along with finding another issue I didn't even know about. Plus, Zach took the time to show me what's going on and what needed to be done to resolve it. I loved this! Then after he and Terry were done Zach walked me through everything one more time which was so helpful, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Thank you again Roto-Rooter for having such a wonderful company and people like Zach and Terry who care and provide amazing customer service which means so much to everyone today! You can count on me to sing your praises to anyone who may need any of your services in the future. You rock!

Great service! I called at 8 AM and they were able to send someone out before noon. Jimmy was very friendly and helpful. He was able to clear the blockage our shower drain within 15 minutes. Prices are reasonable as well. Overall would definitely recommend!

The two guys that came out to help me with a flooding issue in my basement were amazingly thorough, and took time not just to solve the immediate plug, but also clean out the main line in my house that had significant rust build up and was contributing to drainage problems. I'm grateful for RR's prompt response to get someone out the same day I called, and their good troubleshooting.

Very happy with Roto-Rooter. They were able to come the same day that they were called. Jimmy was awesome. He let us know exactly what was going on. Showed us the camera inspection and what he found and was able to fix our issues in a timely manner. He addressed all my concerns and even told us we could call and ask for him personally. Had a great experience with a service call, Zach was our tech! He was well within the 3 hour time window! He fixed all of our issues fast, professionally and didn't try to tell us things were broke, that weren't or sell us things we didn't need. Outstanding customer service! Called in the morning to see if I could get someone to clear out some roots in sewer line and it was scheduled for that afternoon. Plumber called me in advance and met me. Work done in less than an hour. Thank you to a business that truly puts the customer first.

Roto Rooter had to come back after unclogging my drain three weeks ago. They were quick, polite and safe (used mask and gloves) and worked to clear the clog again. They didn't charge me for the return trip, nor for the emergency (weekend) fee. Excellent customer service.

Berks Rooter responded quickly to a backed up sewer at a rental property of mine. They had the problem fixed quickly, and did a great job cleaning up when they were done. I will be using them again in the future for sure.

These guys are great. I had a basement drain that was backing up when the washing machine drained so I called Roto Rooter. The crew called before showing up and were here a few minutes early for the job. It took nearly an hour to get my drain fixed but they kept at it until everything was working like it should. I’ll definitely use these guys again. Excellent work and very reasonable pricing.

I called Roto Rooter for a main sewer line issue. From the first call to the service man I had a great experience! The woman that answered after hours was professional and courteous. She answered all of my questions patiently. Zach was who arrived at my home was also very patient with my questions and did explain to me what he was doing and the why's. He was very knowledgeable. I hope that I do not need to call them again but definitely will not hesitate to if I ever need their services in the future. I highly recommend them!!

We just purchased our first home and 3 weeks later we had flooding due to the main drain being clogged. I called the office at 8:30 and someone showed up at 10. Zach came in, was so polite and easy going. Had everything fixed under an hour. I cannot say enough how awesome he was! By all the work he was doing, I assumed we were going to have a heft bill ($400) nope! 100$! Wow! I hope we don't need them again but I will certainly refer them to others!
