I have had nothing but excellent service while I have been here. They use the latest technology which helps in patient management. My latest Dental Visit with Dr. Williamson was awesome. Very thorough and detailed in explaining what is going on with your dental health.

I have always been treated well at this VA campus. My primary care doctor is located here. When I’ve had an appointment I’ve never had to wait more than 10-20 minutes. When I’ve had to do a walk in appointment Ive never waited more than 30-40 minutes. I’m thankful!

I am very pleased and thankful for the Doctors and Staff that helped me at the VA Clinic recently on Chantilly Road in Montgomery, AL. It is a beautiful clinic and staff are ready to help the patients. Dr. Lamkin is my Primary Health Care Provider and absolutely wonderful. She is absolutely the best! Dr. Sharp is my Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician and is totally involved in getting the patient the best mobility and rehabilitation. Thank you both! I want to mention the above reproach wonderful help and attention that the Staff gave me and my wife during recent visits to the clinic. Ms. Citrine and Mia are consummate VA employees that do the tough jobs of assisting Veterans and their family in their medical needs and family care. I recently was the happy recipient of dental care provided by VA. I Very much appreciate the dental staff at Chantilly VA Clinic and Tuskegee Campus. Thank you again and greatly appreciate your kindness and help.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I’m so grateful for the great staff and the services they have provided me.

The five star rating is for Dr Gutta and her excellent team in the Primary Care Silver Team. Dr Gutta has a great team of nurses. Everyone we have encountered there has delivered 'five star' 'gold standard' service. As important as anything is their VERY caring attention to the patients, and always a friendly interaction and a nice smile. This is followed by kindness and politeness. Every time, without fail. That makes such a good impression, and leaves the patient feeling happy and satisfied with the service.
Unfortunately the experience upstairs in the eyeglasses department optical shop was completely different, that gets a big fat ZERO rating. The woman is VERY UNPLEASANT indeed. Can't fathom how she keeps her job! She definitely need customer service and attitude training. No eye contact, a grim face, a bad attitude, and disrespectful. Seriously. A 'nasty piece of work' who scowls and announces that she's 'not employed by the VA', as if that's some excuse or justification. They need to send in some sort of 'mystery shopper' to investigate and experience her atrocious conduct and see just how rude she is, and then get rid of her. No veteran who has served their country deserves ANY kind of bad attitude from people who are being paid to provide a service for them. We will NEVER go there again, to be subjected to her nastiness. Truly a disgrace that she can get away with such unprofessional performance, and get a paycheck for it. Oh, and monitor her apparently unsupervised extended absences when the place is closed up with a clock sign on the door when it is supposed to be open, and a long line of veterans waiting a lo-o-o-ong time for her to return.

This is a State of the Art VA building from 2017. The handicap parking is excellent. The land is flat. Sign-in is done via kiosks. A Veteran can update contact information and insurance, then it tells you where to go for your appointment.
I have added a walking path with sitting areas, both non-smoking and smoking.

I have had three Geriatic doctors in the past five years. All three were truly outstanding and the staff that works with them were professional, easy to interact with and it was an overall great experience.

Nice place. Clean. Friendly. Staff was very respectful and courteous.

Never had a problem great care.
