Outback Steakhouse

Service was absolutely amazing! The suggestions were spot on, and the extras were perfect! The food was really good, but you do need to like your chili spicy. Sour cream helps! 😉 The restaurant was clean with the exception of the bathroom, which was NOT, and we were there very close to opening. Overall... very good experience!

My partner and friend and I went out for his birthday, and had the best service of the year. Kenny our server went above and beyond, making sure that my friend fish allergy wasn't trigger. Also the pleasant key manager Lashundra happily greeted us and treated us like real people. I never had experience like this before, and greatly appreciated it.

When I first got here the restaurant was only about half full. I was greeted by a wonderful woman who took my name and informed me that I would receive a text message when my table was ready. This gave me the opportunity to look through the menu and to decide what I really wanted. I wasn't rushed at all. When my table was ready I walked up to the hostess stand and asked the young lady who was hosting If she enjoys her job. She answered in the affirmative. I could already tell that she did simply because of the smile on her face.
What I was seated a gentleman named Andrew or Drew informed me that he would be my server and if I need anything I was to let him know.
I ordered the original prime rib medium rare, Caesar salad with the loaded baked potato for my entree. I also decided on some of the fried mushrooms.
About a minute or so later a warm and delicious load of honey molasses wheat bread was in front of me with that creamy succulent butter. Oh my my. Needless to say it didn't last long.
When my lightly battered mushrooms arrived with my Bleu cheese dressing instead of ranch, I was so excited. Why you ask? Because Drew remembered that I didn't want ranch. Oh and did I mention that Drew took my complete order as well as the table of three in front of me without his pad. Smart man. Yes! The mushrooms were plump and juicy. Delicious.
When my salad and entree arrived I was in awe. I mean the salad, come on, that salad was the least thing on my mind. If you will look at the pictures of the prime rib you will understand. The marbling was fantastic. Perfectly medium rare.
The potato was cooked just right. I love the salted brown butter taste of the Outback baked potato. ( I have a recipe that is just as bit better than theirs but that's in my cookbook.)
I will say, I really don't do chain restaurants because they tend to (suck) lose quality control as they expand. But this location has maintained quality and exceptional service. And the food is good.
Back to the storyline, I truly enjoyed myself. I'm not sure that you could find better service and satisfaction anywhere else in Montgomery.
Oh and did I mention the service. It was FANTASTIC 😊

Courtney, Our Server, Was Magnificent. The Food Was Hot, Fresh, And Just As The Way We Asked For It. Me And My Wife Enjoyed Sitting At The Bar With Her As Our Server And She Did A Fantastic Job. She Was Patient And Caring And She Gave Some Good Advice For Some Of Their Star Award Meals. We Will Definitely Be Going Back For More.

Any grandparents came down from Ontario to see me as i enter my first year of college. We had an amazing lunch here and our server Katherine was amazing as well. She was fast and overall super kind. She helped our experience be this amazing. She is an awesome server!

We had lunch here today and it was very delicious. Sara was our server and she was checking on us every free minute she had. We had the bone-in ribeye with a Caesar salad and a garden salad and the blooming onion. Everything was delicious hot and cooked to perfection. We really did like Sara as she took care of our every need. Bathrooms are clean and readily available.

We had a delightful experience with our waitress Skye! She was very friendly and courteous. We will ask for her again the next time we dine there. we had the steak salad and the salmon salad and everything was just delightful! Larry and Dana True

I walked over to Outback Steakhouse from Buffalo Wild Wings when they were being less than savory during a visit and I have to tell you, I was either very hungry or the food was very good!! Sat at the bar and ordered my usual appetizer:

All-Flat, Medium heat, Kookaburra Wings
The Blooming Onion w/ that amazing sauce

Lavender Vodka Lemonade Cocktail (?)

But being that I wasn’t in the mood to have a full bone-in ribeye, I just ordered the sweet potato and a Caesar salad. Everything was fantastic so I’ll be back to get a steak at this location very soon!

Thanks to the bartender yesterday for redeeming happiness with my Veterans Day dinner!

Love the atmosphere of this place!! The indoor/outdoor setting is perfect for sunny San Diego days and the staff is always so so sweet!! Katherine is such a gem!! She was super informative about the drink options and helping my picky self decide between them. She has been extremely accommodating and making sure we're satisfied every step of the way!

Sat at the bar and the bartender was super nice. Pork chops were really really good too. Very tender. Would have been perfect but my date kept on bullying me.

Go by and ask for Kenny. Whenever we’re traveling through, we stop for a bite. Our kids love it, and Kenny always does a great job taking care of us!

We had a fantastic experience. No wait at early lunch arrival. Greeted with welcome as we walked in at opening time. Drew was our waiter and very kind!!! Timely and attentive with refills and requests. The food was exceptional - everything hot and exactly what we ordered.the Caesar salad very fresh and crisp. It was a fabulous experience start to finish.

Took forever to get food. Took forever to get food. Took forever to get food. When we did get food however, it actually didn't taste that bad. That's the only reason why I will give it 4 Stars. But now after going two times it has never failed to be delicious. I am very happy to say that I will be coming here often. I suggest the tilapia with asparagus. Phenomenal! And the customer service is wonderful! Wannabe darn drink is very good as well as a drink selection.

Amazing food and amazing service! MARQUISE was a great waiter. He took care of us and was attentive. Dana, the manager, was spot on. She was from the Tuscaloosa store and just so happens to be our regular server in Tuscaloosa! Outback never disappoints and you will be glad you came mate!

Evelynn and Ashley were awesome servers!! Very sweet. Patient. Food was great! Hot. Cooked well!! Manager was awesome. Customer service was on point!!!

Fast friendly service. Food was delicious even though I thought the shrimp would have been better w/o tails & the chicken breast cut up so all of it could have been coated in the amazing alfredo sauce. I highly recommend & will return. I don't remember my waitress's name but she was phenomenal.

Kenny was our waitress today and the service and the food was perfect....we received 5 star service today.

This was a very nice pace to eat everyone was very much on there game. And the s a service was great. Very nice. Made it one birthday i will never for get. Thank you.
