I don’t live in Red Bud, but when we visit relatives in town they often order pizza from Di Carlo’s for us. It’s some of the best pizza I’ve ever eaten. The toppings are generous, and the cheese is excellent. This tastes nothing like pizza from the chains. It’s waaaay better!

This is the best pizza in southern illinois. Amazing crust. Great sauce, and they do not skimp on the toppings. Cant wait till im in the area again to try more.

Great service and wonderful food. I haven't been back to town to eat since shortly after high school, and the pizza was exactly the way I remember it. Hot and fresh with that distinctive DiCarlo's flavor that you can't get anywhere else. Highly recommend!

I'm not really a deep dish guy. This pizza could change my mind. The crust comes out deep dish but light and crisp. Dissolves on your tongue like cotton candy except loaded with peperoni sausage bacon goodness. It's like looking into the sun. I was so distract the first slice fell from the serving tray and sprayed the floor and booth next to me with little meat shrapnel. You're welcome. If Jesus made a pizza this would be it. Order their pizza special with all the toppings (one of the first choices on the menu) and be happy.

Best Pizza EVER! Highly recommend the deep dish -- not quite Chicago style, but excellent. Toasted Ravioli is wonderful, everything is great. Great service and excellent salad bar.

The best pizza in Red Bud or anywhere near the authentic Italian pizza just loved it I will be eating there again I live in Arizona but I will be coming back here to have more pizza thanks di Carlos

I grew up in Red Bud when the DiCarlos first started their restaurant. Now I live in a different city but every time I come back to Red Bud I have to have one of Frank and Angela's pizzas. Simply put,you won't find a better pizza anywhere around and their fast and friendly service can always be counted on. They are a true success story of immigrants who legally came to our country and have made a good life for themselves
