Rooms were very cleaned and stocked with adequate supplies. Staff was amazing. Breakfast was accommodating.

Maria was great at front desk. Room was extremely clean and smelled clean. Breakfast was a bit disappointing no breakfast meat just waffles for hot food. Then typical continental items. The Mexican restaurant next door was great!!

Nice, clean. Was going to use the handheld shower but the knob fell off. Also in the sink it took forever to get warm to hot water for some reason. But otherwise a nice place with good coffee! Which is a rarity in hotels it seems

The heat would not work unless I wiggle the cord no hair dryer had a hard time getting the TV going toilet paper rolled broken

This hotel is definitely not fancy, but it is everything else good you want in a hotel: clean, well-equipped, great staff, comfortable, and did I mention clean?

We didn’t have a reservation, but that was no problem for the lovely young woman at the front desk. She patiently helped my husband sign up for their loyalty program.

I was able to set up my laptop and work comfortably for a couple of hours at the desk in our room. The room was nice and wide, with plenty of floor space. A lot of places do not have that, even ones that cost more.

Oh, and the lighting and mirror in the bathroom were perfect for putting on makeup. They really put their money where it had the most impact.

Cleanliness and customer service the best. Breakfast good nice rooms. Especially for families w pets. The room really cater to them. I want to thank Bee and other staff members who looked for my purse as soon as I called! They did and by the way I found it🤦‍♀. They were so sweet about it. Ty Bee and the rest of the staff. The have so much respect and manners.

The hotel is well maintained and was clean with a pleasant smell. The common areas were very clean and fresh. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was amazing. I have nothing bad to say about the stay. I would recommend staying here to everyone. 5 star visit.

The rooms are what they are, they're reasonably clean, just don't look too hard at the nooks and crannies. Beds are comfy. But the staff at this hotel, particularly Jennifer and Bea, are customer service legends in my book. They go the extra mile and really show they care, and that's not so easy to find these days.

Every thing was perfect for me and my fur baby she love getting love from the staff and she was just so happy to see friendly faces definitely would love to stay here again future wise.

We don’t have any complaints regarding this hotel. The location was good, we felt safe, and was around multiple eating and shopping places. The beds were a little hard, but it’s hotel beds. Hotel was clean and really that’s all that matters! The continental breakfast was typical- eggs, waffles, muffins, sausage. We would definitely stay here again.

No complaints. Room was nice and quite. We like the king size bed.. I didn't really care for the pillows although they were exceptable. Lots of nice places to eat close by. Free breakfast was eatable. Built in 2010

Was a last min stay but was very pleased. Front desk was friendly and answered all my questions.

Very good breakfast, in an era where breakfast is dying at hotels. We had eggs, yogurt, fruit, coffee and other things.
Plenty parking lot - free.
Also free wifi.

Needed a break during a rough trip. Great Port in a Storm with clean, comfy rooms, lots of space, and a clean barhroom. Fast and easy reservations and Milo's right down the street. 5 stars!

Breakfast is good.
Breakfast attendant was rude and had no rush to keep items filled for guests. Orange juice selection in juice machine was orange colored water. She didn't care.

Unheated pool

The staff was friendly and professional. They served a full breakfast and the rooms were clean. It is right near a shopping center with a grocery store and restraints too! My favorite part is the awesome veggie garden being grown in the green space behind the building and on the side. Someone definitely has a green thumb. If we find ourselves passing through again we would happily stay here again! We only stayed the night so we didn’t check out the pool or fitness room.

The staff was helpful and friendly. They serve breakfast every morning.The public facilities (Lobby, Hallways, Pool, Gym, Restroom, Breakfast Nook and Seating Area) were always clean. The room was spacious and had a sturdy pull out sofa. They welcome pets but you would never know that animals were in the building until you see one. It is located within a few miles of The Shoppes at Eastchase, Walmart Super Center and a variety of places to dine. We have had an excellent stay with no complaints at all!
