Me. Harman is a very experienced lawyer who is straight to the point. He is definitely not very likable but he knows the law and how to win. If you are upfront and honest with him he will be a good fit and I would definitely recommend him and use him anytime as my representation. He won my case and it was not an easy win. I’m grateful that I was appointed him to fight for me and I don’t think anyone else would have done what he did for me. He is very knowledgeable of law and he is also good to explain what he plans to do for you. He doesn’t like surprises so just trust him and he will help you. Be honest and don’t leave out any details.

Don't use this attorney!! I tried since February for the attorney to call us back! I have called every month just to get a return call!
Problem: We bought a house in North Tazewell and were shorted over 3 acres. I've contacted a different attorney, and he contacted Mr. Harman!!
I'm very frustrated!! I just want to receive a phone call and an explanation!

They were very friendly , I felt so inviting to this practice . Fred was very knowledgeable , friendly made me feel like I was in my hometown if not better and his assistant that day,she was very nice treated me very well . Great day for me. Thanks

Fred helped me during a rough time in my life and it seemed after he had the whole story he worked very hard to make it better for me. Now year's later I will be using him to make an improvement in my life steaming from that original need. If you want a good lawyer he is really good if you make sure he had no surprises and are honesty seems to go a long way.

This attorney has been very unprofessional in the things he does, or doesn't do, and in what he says. Terrible communication skills. Doesn't return or even acknowledge emails or phone calls. We literally had to go to his office and push to get any answers. He's arrogant, gossips about people and is just rude overall. The wrong name was listed for my husband in two places. Avoid this man and his condescending attitude.

The most unprofessional, rudest person I have ever met as a lawyer! He's the type of person who needs an all expenses paid free safari to Africa. The only catch wear a meat necklace around his neck for the duration!

Absolutely horrible, disgusting,rude and thoughtless person, talks behind peoples backs even his clients. Extremely rude and stuck up. I do not recommend dealing with him as a lawyer. Doesn't do a good job. Will never do business with him.
