This is the best donut chain. Donuts are tasty and beverages are great. Their coffee isn't bitter and the hot chocolate is delicious.

Okay first of all I went in the drive thru for just bday timbits, I got them and they were the best timbits I’ve ever had so I had to turn around and go and get more. The guy was so nice & the donuts were SO soft. I would go there everyday if I could! 10/10 💫

Great hot food items! The Donuts and coffee are great too! This location is busy but the staff works quickly!

Hit this place after severe storm as this location of town had power. The drive-up was slammed and so was the shop but the staff was handling it. Despite the volume of customers they provided good quick service. Thank you for the good cup of Joe!

This is one of the only Tim Horton we ever visit, but we go here every time we are in town. We always enjoy the chili that we get here. We also enjoy the basic sandwiches that you can find here. Our favorite thing to do here is to get the donuts and bring them back to our hotel. They have a nice selection of freshly made donuts.I am quite picky about donuts I will eat and I will not eat them if they are not good because they are just extra calories, but I have never turned down a donut here! They also have a few choices of donut holes. The cream sticks and custard donuts are some of my favorites here. We were visiting in town for the oglebay light show. The employees here are all very friendly. They are also helpful and letting you know times to visit the light show. One of the employees was telling us good weekends to visit and not visit because of times the line for the light show backs up all the way into the street. We did not ask for help the employees were just genuinely friendly and were asking us if we were visiting in town, and started talking to us about relevant information that we were interested in knowing.

My absolute favorite place for iced coffee! Their prices are lower than most other coffee places. They have a pretty wide selection of breakfast and lunch items. I really love their timbits (donut holes) they are ALWAYS fresh! I don't think I have tried anything that I don't like so far.

OMG Tim Hortons donuts are fresh & so scrumptious! I just loved the turkey BLT with veggie soup down to every last bite! Great food, good service! Definitely will be returning soon for some of Tim Hortons delicious Donuts! Right now I'd say Tim Hortons have the best Donuts in the valley!! Hands down! 🍩🍩🍩

It's a Timmy's. Not sure what else needs to be said! Great place for breakfast sandwiches, baked treats, and the like. For those that are uninitiated, it's like a Dunkin donuts, but better (in my opinion). My favorite is a steak, egg and cheese croissant paired with an iced coffee, can't go wrong!

I find their Decaf Coffee to be on par with Mary Ann Donuts which I prefer above all Decafs. There donuts are almost on par with Mary Ann Donuts just a little heavier, but still better than any other chain. LIebermans in Downtown Massillon is top drawer and the sets a high bar for other shops.
They are a complete bakery not just donuts.

Went to the National Road location in Wheeling, West Virginia Today at around noon and was greeted kindly by two staff members. When I went in I must of have been lucky because they were not that busy and lunch time they are usually packed to the door. The girls two girls Karrielle(not sure if I spelled that right) sorry, and Megan both greeted me with a smile and made my experience quite pleasant and quick. My Carmel Ice Capp was delicious, my Timbit’s were fresh and so yummy and they got every part of my order right. Which was an order for 4 people. These girls were amazing and I definitely plan on coming back. So thank you!

Had an amazing experience. Cashier megan was pleasant pollite and got my entire order correct. Couldnt ask for a better experience. Will be coming back more and more.

We use Tim Hortons for large parties. Ordered donuts and two boxes of coffee a day in advance and it was ready for pick up on time, no wait. Cups, creamer, sugar and coffee stirrers included.

The glazed doughnuts are amazing they are better than krispy Kreme glazed and better than dunkin doughnuts glazed. The frozen coffee isn't that good

First time being there and absolutely loved it. The club sandwich meal on chibotta bread was yummy!
