Took my wife for Valentine Day dinner! First time here! Vanessa our server was outstanding! Kudos! The food was delivered fast and I was very pleased with the meal. Excellent menu with variety considering it’s Louisiana Cuisine! Very highly recommended for Central Texas. Drove from Temple and it was well worth the trip! 🙏🏽❤😎

Had to check out this place, word around town was that they have some pretty massive cheese logs, and THEY WERE RIGHT! We got there in time to beat the evening crowd. Enjoyed a shrimp Po BOY while my daughter had the double cheese burger. Our waitress Mikayla provided us with amazing service!

What a wonderful dining experience! Sat at the bar, and Jeremiah waited on us. What a wonderful Ambassador for Walk-On's. I had the Chicken Strawberry Pecan Salad, and my husband had the Blackened Chicken Sandwich. Both were excellent. More than you can eat at one sitting.

Husband and I visited yesterday, our server was Christian J. We received great service, Christian was extremely kind and on top of it. Little to no wait time and the food was great. Their burgers are SO good! My husband got the catfish, he loved it and the portions were very big. Would definitely visit again.

Cute place. Lots of seating. Friendly server. My friend and I split a salad of mixed greens, with candied pecans, blueberries, green apples and a strawberry vinaigrette that was outstanding! We tried the gumbo too that was ok. But it was too salty for my taste. Nice view of the lake from our table.

First time dining here and we will definitely be back! The hostess and our server was incredibly nice and service was quick. The food was delicious, I ordered a burger with swiss cheese and my husband had the catfish plate. The burger was delicious and well seasoned and my husband said the hush puppies were the best he'd ever tasted! The kids enjoyed playing in the small arcade area for a bit. The view outside is very beautiful as well! (Side note) If you come on a Tuesday with kids, make sure to mention the free kid's meal deal! We came on a Tuesday and we didn't know kid's eat free until after we checked out and saw advertisement on the TVs about it and unfortunately we didn't get the discount as our server forgot to mention it to us.

We had a great time at Walk-On's! The staff were helpful and friendly and the food was great! We started with the Alligator Tail appetizers which were amazing! After that came the Adult Grilled Cheese and the Spinach Artichoke Dip (which is what I got). All very good! Atmosphere and game corner impressed as well. Would recommend if you're looking for Southern food and live sports!

Tried for the first time tonight, highly recommended. Was told a 10 min wait when I arrived, it was almost exactly that. Service was excellent, food was amazing. The manager brought out a free dessert since it was my first time there. Talking to him and the server, you can tell they genuinely have a good team that is good at what they do.

Food was amazing! However, as we were leaving, we watched about 5 or 6 kitchen staff walk out of the back door having some sort of altercation. Several then proceeded to walk into their dumpster area and actually fist fight. Very embarrassing and unprofessional. There were about 10 other customers out side watching as it happened, including kids.

We had the grown up grilled cheese, ribeye poboy and alligator. Nothing disappointed. The service was quick and friendly. The food was cooked great. The seasoning was perfect. Recommend 10/10

Personally I was not a fan of the Crawfish two ways. The Crawfish seemed a little overcooked in the étouffée portion and it had no seasoning in the fried portion. My mother had the fried jumbo golf shrimp which she enjoyed and the hush puppies were wonderful and sweet. The Louisiana street corn was pretty good. The beignets were amazing; however, they are about a third of the size of real beignets sand more dense, none the less they were delightful. The Krispy Kreme bread pudding was too sweet and at the same time didn't have much flavor. The spinach alfredo dip was great and the fact that they overcooked the chips on purpose actually added a lot of flavor. Now, the shining star out of everything we ate was the Tuna Tini that is listed in the appetizers. It was full of flavor, the tuna was seared just the right amount, definitely puts the Baylor Club to shame. The bowl is the only reason I will be going back because they also make it in tacos!!!

Ask for DIANA!

Had a great experience here this past weekend. The food was delicious caso dip with house made chips and blue moon on tap was extremely satisfying and refreshing. ALSO sevice is atleast 70 percent of a restaurant experience.The service that Diana provided us was stellar. It's extremely rare to get comparable service these days. Diana was excellent, promt at getting out things that we requested and extremely friendly with unmatched social skills. She made us feel very welcome ! It was a good time .Rare to find in a restaurant post pandemic. Keep up the great work 👍 We Will be returning!

Awesome. This place has self serve beer on tap right at your table/booth. Must have at least 25 tvs. Best sports bar ever. Menu has many choices and my red fish tacos were delicious.

When you can't decide where you want to go to eat Walk-Ons is definitely a great choice...

A nice variety of food, a pleasant atmosphere, good service and fair prices...

I've eaten here on numerous occasions with a variety of different friends from different parts of the country and can say I've never had a bad meal. Any guests I've taken there has always been impressed also. The appetizers are always hot out of the kitchen, plentiful on the plate, and quite tasty... with the entrees on the menu from the ahi tuna salad, to The Hangover Burger, pasta Alfredo or Cajun ribeye you can't go wrong...

Walk-Ons is suitable for friends and families with young children...

I was excited to see that Waco has a Walk-On's! The food is so good! I had the Cajun Queseaux, the Crawfish Etoufeé and a cup of Chicken and Andoullie Gumbo. Everything was so delicious and well seasoned! My wife ordered the Cajundillas and some hushpuppies. The hushpuppies are the best I've ever had! They also have a few arcade games and a bar. There are a ton of TVs to watch the game on. Try it out!

Had the Mahi Mahi and honestly forgot I wasn't in Vegas while eating this. Great portion size and phenomenal flavor. Try the gator bites appetizer, you won't regret it.

Amazing Sunday happy hour all day. Be sure to tip your waitress/waiter accordingly because this menu is underpriced. $3 bloody Mary's & Mimosa's. Good, strong drinks. All food is delicious!! Everything you see here was $5 or less, except the bread pudding...which was $7. Everything was delicious except the bread pudding. It's waaaaay tooooo sweet....it's made from Krispy Kreme glazed donuts. But that doesn't matter because everything else is perfect!

Great food that you can tell its made from scratch. Hot and fresh! The service was amazing and we even got a visit from the franchise owner, Jenny. She was very welcoming and friendly.

Went with a large group and the staff crushed it! The service was excellent through and through. The food was delivered hot, and timely considering the large group. I really enjoyed the waffle fries, never have I ever had some quite so delicious. The main course of crawfish etouffee filled me up and tasted amazing, perfect ratio of rice, roux, and crawfish.
