My experience at IW Marks was fantastic, through and through. Carolyn, a representative at IW walked me through the entire process with patience and respect. I admit, this was my first experience in a jewelry store in my life. I did my due diligence and visited several jewelry stores in the area, some were great, others not so much. This was a large purchase for me and I really wanted it to be right. Carolyn and the staff remained patient with me no matter how indecisive I was at times. I walked out of this store feeling respected, educated, my head held high knowing I had exactly what I thought was amazing- and in my price range. Confident that not only myself, but (girlfriend at that time) fiancé would truly love. I really can't recommend this place enough and my experience was top notch, even celebrating with a few libations after pulling the trigger.

WOW! The fresh remodel of the showroom and great selection of watchmakers made my trip to IW Marks a feast for the senses. Ray and his team are downright fun to be around, and really made me feel immersed in the watch buying experience. I came in hoping to find the next watch in my small collection, and got way more. I really cannot describe how helpful it was to put my hands and eyes on each individual watch while receiving an education on them from Ray.

From the humble G-Shock, to Hamilton, Oris, Franck Muller, haute designers, and the solid pre-owned selection... dang I coulda spent all day playing around.

I had an idea of what I wanted, and am happy I made the choice to actually see/feel the watches I was interested in before buying. I walked out with an Oris ProPilot that wasn't even on my mental shopping list at the beginning of the day. The black colored dial was my original favorite from online research, but putting eyes on the brilliant blue sunburst dial, at Ray's suggestion, was a real coup. I doubt I would have considered this watch otherwise.

After making my ProPilot choice, we went over to the Franck Muller case, and ogled some watches that are aspirational choices for the future. We even stuck a genuinely wild bejeweled watch on my wife's wrist for a bit of fun.

These folks are great, the carefully chosen collection of watchmakers are phenomenal, and I look forward to coming back soon!

I had a wedding ring sized at IW Marks and was very pleased with the results! Carolyn helped me in the process and was very efficient and friendly. This was my first time using this jeweler and I will definitely use them again!

We shopped around many different jewelers in the Houston area but none impressed us like IW Marks. Excellent customer service and meticulous attention paid to detail and quality. Joseph worked with us over the course of several weeks to design our perfect engagement ring and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out!

I was met by a professional when I arrived. Even though it was 30 minutes before opening time, she rushed to unlock the door and let me in. I needed to have a ring resized and she educated me in the ways to accomplish what I needed. Delivery time was quick and again everyone was warm and professional.

The staff was very helpful and extremely nice. They fixed my watches and necklace quickly. I would go back time and time again for jewelry repairs and to buy new jewelry in the future. They had a huge variety to choose from. Thank you for your wonderful service!

Had my engagement ring size altered at IWMarks. It fits perfectly and they cleaned it to a beautiful shine. It was done on time and you cannot tell it was altered. Price was within reason.

Needed an quick repair to a ring. It was repaired within minutes and brought the ring to perfection in appearance and fit. While I knew this establishment as the best local jeweler I was impressed by the expediency and even value. All staff treated me like I was their only customer. I‘ll be back soon.

We had an amazing experience at IW Marks getting my wife’s custom wedding band. Our customer sales rep, Joseph, was a huge help. He spent all the time we needed looking at styles for my wife, and then he helped in making a custom wedding band that was exactly what we wanted. After ordering it, the ring was made quickly and was beautiful beyond our hopes and expectations. Pricing was also competitive for the ring we got. Overall we are huge IW Marks fans and are so thankful for their help (especially Joseph’s!)

They fixed my ring and charged such a reasonable price that included a new stone and the repair cost. Also one of the sales ladies helped me pick out what kind of stone to use in the repair. I was impressed because even though they have such nice fine jewelry, they fixed my ring like a family business, which is what they are.
