The UPS Store

I was at this store to witness a Will being signed by a friend, along with a couple of powers attorney. We were promptly waited on and the execution and notarization of the documents went smoothly. Before retirement I was a corporate attorney and participated in many transactions where notarization of documents was required. The UPS notary handled the process extremely well. I would not hesitate to use her for the notarization of any of my personal documents that required it.

As a store is nearby my accommodation and as I live in a student community I got recommended to go through UPS courier service which is on Stella link road. As it was a way affordable price I got to mail my important item internally in the US. The expected delivery date was very accurate.

I’ve lived all over the US and have always loved the customer care from any UPS store. But this location is literally the BEST. They are so friendly, extremely helpful. Even if you didn’t know how to do something as simple as returning a merchandise, they are always super helpful! I was shocked to learn that they don’t even charge for printing the return label and repackaging!

Best customer service of almost any business. It’s the Chick-Fil-A customer service for UPS. All of the employees actually care and want to help you. They run over when you enter to get you in and out as quick as possible. If by chance you have to wait, they acknowledge you and apologize for the wait. Just unbelievable service with such joy you feel like you’re are the most important customer. This kind of customer service is a lost art these days. Thankful for Stephanie and her staff. For years, this is the store I usually go to, even a little far than others. the service there is excellent. They are polite, efficient, not hesitate to give a hand to help me to put my big size box into the trunk. I want say thank you to you all.

The manager there, I think her name is Stephanie, is just amazing. She can handle anything and everything. She does it quickly, super knowledgeably, and super professionally with insane courtesy.

If everyone were like Stephanie, the world would be 99% less frustrating. You should go there.

Once I discovered this location, I will never go anywhere else. There are several UPS Stores closer to me, but the Stella Link is the best. Their customer service is not only very helpful, but friendly. I made a mistake on a package, and the darling young girl took her time and fixed everything with a smile.

I was needing to send a package overseas and they were more than helpful. They were honest enough to tell me where I could to possibly get another quote with a company that deals in overseas shipping. This is a great company with great customer service.

Absolutely wonderful, friendly and professional service. I inadvertently dropped off the wrong package when sending other items and realized it at 7:00 pm - closing time for this location. Fortunately Alex was so kind to stay late and to retrieve the item for me!
