Knox Bistro

We came in for New Years Eve dinner and we're not disappointed. Started with the como la Flor which had a hint for sweetness but overall not overwhelming. As a starter had the bisque soup which was delicious. The main was the filet with side of pommes frites. Be aware the sauce is on the heavier side however still delicious. To finish everything off we had the chocolate cake. Overall delicious would recommend.

We stopped in for a Bellini before shopping in the area. The menu looked great and we decided to order the smoked fish dip with extra veggies (gluten free here).

It was delicious. It had a light smoky flavor, nice texture and the fresh dill was a nice addition.

My girlfriend and I enjoyed a wonderful brunch here. We chose Knox based on a rec from Eater and it did not disappoint.

The menu had the basics but also had a some not-so-basics like a croque monsieur and the fantastic gravlax board I got. I was really impressed with the board by the way, as most places wouldn’t offer cured trout but they did, and did it well.

The service was outstanding and I would certainly go back!

Something as simple as the soup and sandwich was mind blowing here. Cauliflower soup and Gruyère sandwich on sourdough was truly a delight. First time to come here, I’ll be back for more. Festively decorated and pleasant back ground music, not too loud. The only thing I have a pic of is the mimosa, sorry gobbled down the food so fast.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Knox Restaurant for brunch and it was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm and welcoming, with cozy booths and charming decor that set the stage for a memorable meal.
But what really made my experience stand out was our server, Will. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy, offering great suggestions from the menu and checking in on us frequently without being intrusive.
Speaking of the menu, there were so many delicious options to choose from, it was hard to decide! I ended up trying the appetizer of the day, soup&sandwich, mussels and pavlova and it was good.
Overall, I highly recommend Knox Restaurant for brunch, and especially recommend requesting Will as your server. He really went above and beyond to make our experience special. Thank you Knox Restaurant for a wonderful meal!

Where to begin.

I eat at many many breakfast places in the DFW area. I don’t know where to start.

Firstly service - amazing. Eustache gives Michelin star level service. I didn’t have an empty glass the entire dining experience.

The Food - banging. I had the steak and eggs. What I can say about this specific steak and eggs is that it is the Shrek of breakfasts. It has layers. It has depth. It has green on it.

Unlike many steak&eggs from other eateries in the region, it has lighter layers to cut through the meatiness and heaviness of the potatoes that accompany the dish.

Great atmosphere, great staff, drinks are made to specification.

Will come back multiple times.

Nice bistro. Fresh quaint atmosphere with nice staff. The soup and sandwich was a perfect light lunch. I also tasted the hamburger and it was very good. The restaurant wasn’t loud and was great for having a lunch conversation. I’ll be back!!

This place was a HUGE surprise. I could eat 4 more slices of that quiche!! The salad was bright crunchy and delicious. And the drinks were WELL MADE.
I WILL be returning soon and hungry :)

Just an absolute treat:)

My only drawback was noise. This is a very popular bistro (no wonder) and it was incredibly loud. *sensitive hearing diner here:)

The atmosphere itself was cozy and alive with happy guests and bustling staff! It's not Christmas yet, but it felt like the holidays when you step inside.

This is a really nice spot for French food and brunch. I especially enjoyed the banana bread and Dutch baby pancake. The atmosphere was nice, and the waiters were super friendly.

Let’s start with the fact that this restaurant was open during an ice storm. Great service that night. It was an extensive limited menu. The staff was hustling to take care of everyone. This restaurant has a good energy to it. And serves good food. There is definitely a chef in that kitchen.

A chic pleasant restaurant with french themed menu but with some local Texas items . Great atmosphere and a nice bar area as well . The place has an energetic vibe and the service is very good .
Had the entrocote steak which was succulent. They also have a good selection of bourbons and wines .
Tried the french dessert cookies which was great .

Thoroughly enjoyed our celebratory dinner at Knox Bistro! The service was spectacular! Our primary server Dalion went above and beyond to get to know us, explain the menu choices and just was more than a cut above on customer interaction! And the meal's we had were all awesome! The other team members and management were all tremendous too -- great team at Knox! Highly recommend stopping by to enjoy some French style cuisine -- and some great service too!

We ate at Knox Bistro last night - wonderful experience! We were seated on the patio, which we were quite concerned about considering the Texas heat. Great news - it’s enclosed and air conditioned! The patio was the perfect setting, and more intimate than inside the restaurant. We started with the Steak Tartare and Os a Moelle. Gnocchi and Poulet Fermier dans son Jus for entrees. Dark Chocolate Soufflé with Vanilla Gelato and Espressotini for dessert. Everything was delicious!

We will definitely be back for dinner to try the Soufflé au Fromage and Le Burger au Poivre. Also very interested in coming back for brunch!

Was in town, taking family for a nice lunch at Knox.

Claire, our waitperson, could not have been more professional, friendly and courteous and REALLY understands how to get the check to the person requesting it in a smooth and unassuming manner!

The burger, as well as the bacon quiche with salad, per my family, was great! The avocado and shrimp salad was delicious but the portion(s) were that of an exaggerated appetizer and not that of an entree.

The desserts of key lime pie, sticky toffee pudding and two pot au chocolates were heavenly!

Will return when back in town!

Came for happy hour and everything here is “extra”. They use etched stemware, real linen bev naps, substantial plates and waffle linen napkins. The happy hour items are a good deal. The fries were a bit soggy when they came out but we ordered it extra crispy the next time. Oysters being on a HH menu is awesome too and we enjoyed the grilled avocado.

What made the experience better was one of the servers, Bree. They do team service but she was our fave. She had impeccable timing: there when you need her, anticipating, and gone when you don’t. My friends and I are industry and thought she was superb.
We kinda want to steal her for our own restaurants. 😬

Great dining experience. Met a colleague here and had the croque monsieur. The first we’re skinny and crispy, which I love. Delicious. They had the patio open and there was a nice breeze. Plenty of shade. Cute atmosphere for a brunch.

What a beautiful place with great vibe.
Food was delicious and drinks were on point.

Super friendly staff that are willing to explain and make your experience special.

Located right by the Katy trail. Eat then walk the trail on a Sunday sounds perfect!

This French bistro has great service, delicious breakfast, and a very nice atmosphere.

Our breakfast tasted fresh, including the homemade sourdough, which rivals the best out there.

Was so blessed to have been treated to such a great breakfast by friends who live in Dallas.

Good all around. Brunch / food was good and fair prices, the drinks were OK and overpriced, great vide and location. My only complaint is it was freezing inside the restaurant. All that said, overall a good spot, quality food.
