As of 12/27/23, they are not open yet. However, a kind woman allowed my husband and I to park while we waited for another driver to bring us a replacement semi after an unfortunate accident on Christmas morning. We promised NO TRASH (including cigarette butts) and NO PROBLEMS from us. Truckers should behave better with trash and bathroom bags if yall want better parking situations in cities and respect from the communities we serve. This place looks good and clean - PLEASE KEEP IT THAT WAY!!

This place is great!!! Not only was the staff extremely helpful on ordering pizza and checkout but the gentleman working the store room floor soooo helpful on any questions that I had. Look out other truck stops this truck stop is definitely climbing to the top of my list for, customer service and prices!!! Can’t wait for them to expand across the interstates!!! (sorry I didn’t take any pics)

Building looks good security for trucks will be an Issue hope they RacTrac puts up fencing around certain areas for us drivers or have armed guards walk around we all know how this area can get.
Can't wait to visit this facility.

Great truck stop, I fed up the neighboring TA

Visited the new Racetrac 1-1-24 and place was clean. Reserved parking is $20.

It’s clean and the employees are helpful

Its very well planned out. For security purpose yet it doesn t look a prison yard

20 dollars for parking isn't too bad compared to the 30 dollars at the TA across the street. Lots of room to maneuver and pretty clean

Manger at the register was very rude to staff. He proceeded to get upset about and employee answering him by saying “what” but then proceed to talk
To customers with the same
Language. It’s clear the staff doesn’t like him.

Wifi is extremely weak. Reserved parking is $20. You can only park free for 4 hours. Clean of course because it’s new. Lots of space to maneuver. Maybe 50 spaces, give or take.

$20 parking for only like 10-15 spots for 24 hrs .. the other 10-15 spots is only 4 hr parking. So obviously not really a truck stop, more like a fuel stop with decent food at best.

I paid for parking for the semi truck here, they keep their men's bathroom closed most of the time so it's not really a good place to take a break. I wouldn't recommend

Tap to pay option doesn’t light up so you cannot pay at the pump with your phone

Worst restrooms around haven't been cleaned in a week. This place also allows the loud disrespectful music at all times day and night while people are trying to sleep.

Employees are loud in the Morning talking about the shifts and people coming in late. There's one bald manager just talking like he is in the "hood" or at a barber shop. I mean it is dallas what can I expect. These are the cities that make texas look bad.I'm a South Texas resident and every time I Come thru here it's like "damn can dallas get any more ghetto".
