I absolutely love everything about this place, from the host at the front desk that opened the door to personally take our reservation before normal hours of operation, to our spectacular dinner at the bar with a fantastic bar keep, a talented gorgeous songbird/piano player, completed by a fun room with friendly people !
I loved my simple steamed artichoke with dipping choices, and my husband's crab cakes were meaty (not bready at all) and beautifully seasoned. Really delicious!
GREAT bone in Ribeye, delicious mixed mushrooms, outstanding spinach, and of course, my favorite, a perfect baked potato! Divine!
There's a well-rounded wine list and a knowledgeable Stewart.
We went the extra mile with their decadent molten cake and a perfectly torched Creme Brule .
Everything was pure perfection!

Dinner was great. The rib eye was cooked perfectly and the molten cake was delicious. We also got really good service

We came to Park City for our anniversary and this was the perfect dinner place for a special occasion. The staff even gave us a dessert to celebrate. I would definitely return. Our waiter Patrick was very nice and the piano was amazing.

This place was really nice, they ask where you prefer to sit, the service was great and music was really amazing!! It's very similar to ruth chris but the salad has a vinegrett it's still amazing. The cheesecake has this almost sour glaze on it I scrapped it off though. Amazing mashed potatoes!!

We made a reservation and we were seated right away and our food came quickly. The rib eye steak was delicious and huge! So much flavor, so tender, and loved the crust on the steak. Also really enjoyed the garlic mashed potatoes. Definitely the best steak we have had. We loved it!

***One year later update*** We decided this is THE best steak we have ever had. After going to many steakhouses during the past year, we always compare them to Prime…and Prime is still our favorite. So we went back again and it’s confirmed. BEST steak in Utah for sure.

We travel frequently and selecting restaurants is one of the highlights of our trips. Hands down, this was one of our favorites!! The Ahi Tuna appetizer was the best we’ve ever had! The filet melts in your mouth and the flavor was amazing! Our waiter, Brian, was very attentive and knowledgeable. We will be returning the next time we visit Park City. Well done!!

A “best kept secret” from Salt Lake City. Glad I took that drunken Australians advice and took the drive to this place for, his words, “ the best steak of my life.” Tom the bartender was attentive and enjoyable to chat with during dinner. Some wonderful ladies joined me and we all enjoyed the life pianist and sang along.

The filet was done perfectly and I am now converted and will judge all future steakhouses for not delivering my steak on a searing hot plate. Something about that sizzle. It was 2 for 1 night so I indulged in some scallops also.

And don’t get me started about how good that pumpkin bread pudding is.

Great service, great atmosphere and incredible food.

Surf n Turf was amazing, our waiter Bryan was the best! Great music too! The brownie desert was out of this world!

We had our best meal in Park City here. We chose Prime to celebrate our anniversary and they did not disappoint. Our server Kate was very pleasant and efficient. The food was fabulous. We started with crab cakes, they were some of the best crabcakes we ever had and we are from New Orleans. Lol I had the scallops, cooked perfectly with a very nice crust on top, Hubby had the bone in Filet, it literally just melted in your mouth it was so good. They gifted us with a Chocolate Molten cake for our anniversary which was a nice surprise and we also ordered the Creme Brule, both very good. Overall great experience.

My husband and I found this place on our honeymoon and have come back annually ever since. Their steaks are perfection, and the price is out of this world for how incredible their dishes always turn out! The servers are attentive even when the place is busy. The musicians are stellar, particularly the piano players.
Everything from the starter breads, to the appetizers, to the entrees are *chef’s kiss*!
We’ve tried every steak on the menu. The chefs nail our orders each time (spouse like a true rare, I like medium rare).
Love the artichoke and seafood appetizers.
Branched out and tried their beet and goat cheese salad once and I have dreams about that dish now!
My only critique is each time we’ve had the bacon-wrapped scallops they’ve been juuuust a little over/rubbery, with the bacon a little under.
***I’ve seen some people complain about the steak plates being too hot and I do have to say we love that aspect. It keeps your food at the right temperature, even with their largest steaks. The servers also warn you extensively before putting the plate down. Each time they’ve even been courteous enough to remind me to shield my dress so it doesn’t get stained from the sizzling. So if you are getting burned…you just aren’t listening 😅

Everything was Great!! From the welcome to the place all the way to the to go box! The food is amazing!! The perfect steak! And even I don't normally like Mac and cheese,this place have a delicious one and the mashed potatoes!! And last but no less great, spinach with cream, Everything, delicious!! It was worth the price for sure! If going to Park City, you have to go here! You'll know what I mean.

We walked in on Sunday around 5pm without a reservation but got seated right away. But the restaurant gets packed through the night so recommend getting a reservation. We got a tuna tartar appetizer which was okay. I ordered New York Strip and the steak was very tender, flavorful and juicy. The peppercorn sauce was also on point!

Prime steak house was phenomenal. Outstanding service, incredible steaks/food great atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Come here a couple of times a year and always good. Steaks are always cooked just right and service is great. We love the calamari and fillet mignon with crab. Other cuts are great too though

This place is beautiful and def a little more high end. I felt under dressed in jeans and a hoodie but we were served.

The food was AMAZING!!! It's not cheap but it's some of the best food the hubby and I have had. The food was incredibly hot, cooked to perfection, including the steak AND... the plates were sizzling hot so the food maintained it's temperature the whole way through dinner.

The food was great and the price was too. The entertainment made it all worth it. We went two night and the woman singers were amazing. Steak was out of the world good.

Amazing Steaks. Ordered bone in ribeye rare. Came out sizzling on a hot plate perfectly cooked and seasoned.

Several servers taking good care of us and piano music in the background make for a terrific date night atmosphere. Steak and Ahi tuna were very good

This is the best steak in Park City. They had a variety of drink and dining options across the board. A consistent go-to when you're needing a good night out with some steak. And get their lava cake for dessert; you'll be glad you did.
