Derek was the best employee Ive ever had the pleasure of getting food from. This man made our night, we were down in the dumps at the lowest points of our lives and this man made us come to Jesus. I dedicate the 23rd of December to Derek. I just petitioned to both Utah senators that we should create a state wide Derek appreciation day. I understand the chances of McDonald’s giving this man a raise, but for the love of God, consider it.

I tried their new honey mustard crispy chicken sandwich meal with fries and raspberry iced tea. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the sandwich was. It could have used a little bit more mayonnaise though. Their fries are always the best out of fast food places!

Joe, the manager (I think that was his name) was kind and courteous since first contact. The food came out super fast. Overall great experience.

Fairly quick service when using the mobile app to order. Inside the store can become crowded at times with kids and families. Drive thru is usually busy. Food is usually fresh. All in all a pretty good McDonald's.

Update! I came here with my kids today for lunch. The food was so much better! Had to wait a few minutes more, but the food was hot and fresh. Much better than previously!

They had fast and friendly service. That was great. However the last 3 times I've gone, the cheeseburgers have been dry or old. Today the buns were cracking and dry. The fries were fresh and hot but not the cheeseburgers. That is kind of a deterrent.

We had a wonderful dine in experience. Our food was still hot and the workers were happy. I do not understand the bad reviews. It has always been good service whether drive thru or dine in. Quit being so whiny people......

Good was as expected and quick. Nice clean furniture and a decent little play place. Really easy to get to.

Had to very long wait on food.

The people that run this joint right now are super low key about it, but they simply exude class. It’s tough serving the gen public without getting jaded. This team on deck right on multiple occasions just blown my expectations to smithereens.I’m not being “nice” I’m just being real af. So many scholars so many gentlemen.

This was only place that was actually open when their hours said. Everywhere else in Richmond had hours listed until 11pm but we're closed by 10pm. It was incredibly frustrating.

The employees were very kind and good at their jobs. They saved the day. Helped us get a late dinner before crashing at our hotel.

I had the jalapeno burger which was actually quite tasty.

Where to begin. Definitely the best McDonald's I've ever visited. Food was serve fast and fresh and the staff was super helpful. Management seemed happy and overall a really well run operation. Was just passing through but if I'm ever around ill surely go back to break up a drive. Also it was very very clean. Seriously impressed when I went. Writing this is making me want some soft serve too.......

I had such a good experience this morning! An older gentleman was super friendly (employee), my sandwich and coffee were perfect, free WIFI...I loved it!

I was so impressed I had to leave a review, a guy there named nick who when I hadn't clarified my order went above and beyond to make it right, I have never seen such kindness, and customer service, he deserves a raise and a promotion. I usually don't go to McDonald's, but this kid changed my mind, I don't know how to repay him so I'm trying to at least leave a positive review, a small token of graditude for someone trying to make the world a better place.

The young lady who helped me went above and beyond to take care of my simple ice tea order.

Order was fast and efficient. No issues.

Stopped here on my drive from Springdale to Moab - such wonderful staff! Everyone was very kind and professional, and the food tasted really fresh. Thanks guys!

I like how McDonald's changes the menu every now and then it keeps things interesting. I don't go a lot so every time I go there is a new thing. The food came fast and the service was awesome.
