Athleta

Stopped in to shop for my daughter who LOVES the athleta girls line. Heather and Deb were an absolute pleasure to work with. We left with a whole spring wardrobe for my daughter AND for myself. They have so many cute, classy and stylish pieces. I’m typically a Lulu girl but athleta has stolen my heart and money this year. I would rate this store a 10 BUT it is always so incredibly HOT inside this store particularly, it makes it so uncomfortable to shop and try clothes on and off. I rate the girls working a 10 but the store a 5 as it’s super uncomfortable and HOT inside. Please set the air conditioner to a more comfortable temperate for all.

I had the best experience at this store today. I went in to pick up an online order with my kids, which was NOT ideal, they were not behaving well. When I tried on my order I found that the pants I ordered did not work for me and I would need to pick out another. The sales lady Heather helped me find some new ones to try on and recommended some new styles I didn’t know of. She listened to what I was looking for and even pulled up reviews of the pants so I would see how others felt about them. They even honored a discount code I had used on my original purchase (that had expired). I would highly recommend checking this place out, so happy they are nearby!

A very nice sales lady, Ms. Olympia, helped me to pick my items last week. She was so helpful in explaining and recommending the products to me. I was really impressed with her great service.

The customer service at this location is absolutely amazing. Centered on helping and working with shoppers, the staff is pleasant, thorough, and attentive. Highly recommend a visit to this location!

Nice outerwear.

After coming in to return an item, I was met with a quick "what do you need?" which in itself was off putting. After working through the return the sales associate noted the type of payment the return would credit (Paypal) the distain was evident in her tone.

After completing the return I had intended on purchasing a number of items for myself and my daughter, however when I looked for someone to ask a question regarding an item 2 sales associates looked away when I walked near them to ask a question.

Unfortunately I will not be back to this location.

I have been working with this store to resolve my fit pro/well pro account for a month with 0 results. The women who said she was the manager tonight did not help at all. I asked her to follow through with my account issue and return my call and she refused. I used to be in retail management myself and was shocked at the lack of customer service. As a card holder and fit pro professional I feel as if someone from this company should be interested in working with a long time customer but apparently Customer Service is dead at Athleta Kierland!

I had to pay money for the shopping bag. I really unbelievable for that because they gave me the product with the receipt. They explained that i had to pay for the bag or I need to have my own bag…
