Fred is an excellent agent. He saved me money on my home owners policy, alerting me to competitive lower cost insurance as soon as it became available. He has saved me money without any coverage sacrifices on my auto insurance as well. He Always takes my calls and problems are taken care of right away. On a personal note, he volunteers as an angel flight pilot providing needed community service. He is trustworthy and honest. Larry T.

I've been with Alcott Insurance for many years. Fred is a wonderful person. He kind, honest, and organized. He response my calls and emails promptly. He calls me if he is able to switch my plan to something cheaper. He answers all of my questions whenever I have them. I'm very happy.

This is the worst insurance agency that I have ever dealt with in my 12 years of being in the Automotive Business. They have the worst customer service I have ever seen. Fred Moses is a Liar and a Thief and does not care about his clients TIME only the money that he gets from over charging them. If anyone has an insurance policy with this man please contact A Better Insurance Agency of Framingham. They have great customer service and care about their clients.
