We will definitely be coming back. I'm not to familiar with RV campgrounds, but my only complaint is that it seems small. The area around is large, but the driving and parking can be tricky. We used the tent sites. They are spacious and provide a fire ring & picnic table. The lake is full of activity on a nice day, fishing, boating, kayaking... fishing is a must! The site host was helpful with locations to fish, places to go in town, and had firewood available for purchase. There are hiking trails, volleyball net, basketball hoop, hot water in the shower, I could go on. Essentially, it's a great popular area. We had gorgeous weather to boot, which provided beautiful sunrises/sets and nice traveling.

We had a really great time camping here! The sunsets were gorgeous! The tent sites are spacious and well maintained with nice picnic tables and fire rings. The shower house was clean, and the camp host was very helpful!
My only complaint is that many vehicles entering the campground were going well over the posted speed limit of 15mph. And the speed bumps seem to have weathered away. Tent campers especially have to walk on the road to access the shower house/ restroom or to get down to the playground too, so it’s a little scary at times, especially at night.

Came in early may. Beautiful sites, lots of activities for a variety of ages. Very friendly staff. Fairly typical price for what you get!

Great campgroun!, been coming here for 4 years, probably the best it's looks now. Clean, well maintained, great sites for our r v. & Tent sites. Also the Cumberland
beach is awesome!, only a short drive/walk away. Thanks to the groundskeeper for doing a excellent job @ the campground!

Nice tent campsites... many near the water. Clean bathrooms. Hot showers. Lots of mature Oak trees giving shade on a sweltering HOT Labor Day weekend. Campground Host is friendly and helpful.

Such great views. Water surrounding. Showers are decently clean, no frills cement. Making reservations was challenging over the phone.

A great place to camp and a great place to take the kids swimming. The water stays pretty shallow for a long ways out.

Camped for a week at Eagle Point. Lovely campground! feels like you are way out in the country when Cumberland is walking distance.
The Campground Manager was VERY helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable of campers.
Will definitely go back.

Five stars isn't enough. As a tent camper it can be hard to find a decent place to go. I'm sure it's a different experience after Memorial Day but for now this is heaven. Hot showers, great host - and the beauty.

Great place and good campground with a fair price. Bathrooms and a fish cleaning station. My daughter loves it here and the fishing on the lake is epic. Catch almost anything you dream of from sunnies to walleye!
