Dr. Neha has been absolutely phenomenal. She has been there for me in-between appointments, sooths my anxiety, very patient, and one of the most kind human beings I've met. The staff is all compassionate, and the assistants are confident and reassuring.

I recently visited the Dr Jordan and his team for a chiropractic adjustment and the entire process was seamless! The staff is super friendly and Dr Jordan listened to my concerns and was very professional. The clinic is clean and conveniently located just behind the new Kwik Trip in Turtle Lake. I would highly recommend Dr Jordan for all of your chiropractic needs!

Dr.Neha is an amazing dentist, I have extreme anxiety, and she ALWAYS makes sure that I am as comfortable and secure as she can, and then proceeds to provide the best possible dental care that she can, which is pretty remarkable, because of her, I can smile without fear. She is a wonderful person and dentist, and I appreciate her!!!! Thank you Dr. Neha!!!!

Totally awesome, I could tell my dentist really cared about me and my choices and made sure i was well informed. The dental assistant even loaned her phone to my baby whole i had a tooth removed. Awesome team, i will be back again

I love the staff here: kind, thorough, and follow-up. They ask great questions and keep patients on the forefront even during trying times. Great at scheduling, call reminders, and assist with filling the headache paperwork of insurance if someone needs it. They really good above and beyond or rather what should be the respect and dignity a person is given when taking care of their body. I wish more clinics had such great approaches.

I am a new patient with the dental clinic and it has been a great experience so far. Everyone I've dealt with in the dental clinic, e.g., the women at the font desks, the dental hygienists, and Dr. Neha have been so sweet and helpful! Dr. Neha has been extremely empathetic, professional, understanding, and reassuring. Everyone there has made my visits very stress free and enjoyable, thank you!

Dental hygienist Suzanna was AMAZING & so was the Dentist Tamzid!! Explained everything and anything! I’ve never felt more comfortable being a new patient/ regular patient at a clinic before! I now have no need to be anxious for dental appointments or search for a new clinic ever again☺

I go there almost every week for the chiropractor. Great service in my experience, they have been understanding when needing to cancel/reschedule appointments. The automated phone at the beginning of calls has made it easier to get someone than it was before.

Proactive front desk folks (staff goes above and beyond which is so nice to experience). Knowledgeable, aware caring personnel and chiropracter whom cracks me up! They follow-up in ways I haven't seen in years. You're appreciated!

This is the best clinic I have ever been to. Dr. Liedl is the kindest person and a very knowledgeable and helpful. I am so grateful to have Dr. Liedl. I would highly recommend him to anyone, child or elderly and anywhere in between!!!

My family loves this place. We just started going there. The front desk ladies were so nice. Both dentists were extremely kind and understanding.

I am having trouble with my teeth as I am an older lady with end stage periodontal disease.
I have an infection in one of my teeth and I thank God for my old dentist that is 5 hours south of here as he got me a prescription for an antibiotic. I called the dentist in Turtle Lake 3 times....no one answered the first 2 times....and the third time I left a message that I had an infection and wondering if they were taking new patients and left my number ....no one called me back.....They were recommended by 2 of their patients. One of which had this dentist since she was a little girl.....what kind of dentist doesn't call back?
They won't be my family dentist.

Horrible patient relations/customer service. Never answer their phones, are not understanding when a patient has an emergency or a conflict in schedule. They make horrible assumptions with no factual basis and then when they finally do call you back, it’s to be completely unprofessional and YELL at you for being such an inconvenience to them. It’s already hard enough to find dental care in western Wisconsin and they just killed off the little pond their was. The only time I’ve ever felt so dumbfounded by an attack was with my abusive ex husband. So thanks for the Re-traumatizing treatment.

Daughter went in today to get work done on her upper teeth and walked out with a lower tooth cracked by the dentist...and get this!!!!!! The dentist tried to fix it and now it's crooked and he said that he won't fix it until December 6th and it's November 14th unbelievable do not go here do not I will be bringing her to another dentist and they will be paying for her work that needs to be done this is negligence on their part
