We needed help in an emergency and we were from out of town and they were wonderful.

Girlfriend went in to get some teeth looked at, made her dad pay in cash, didn’t take card. Firstly the dentist is so rude for no reason, he is just an old man with no regard for his customers. They also said they couldn’t do any fillings. Only offered to pull teeth, then they didn’t even give the option for an anesthetic/ nitrous, just a numbing shot. They then pulled out a perfectly good tooth, not even the one that was the problem (this was a upper molar, they removed a bottom one) and proceeded to tell her, “good luck” and left the room. After she was crying in the waiting area, he came up to her and said “sorry for hurting you, it’s my job” and walked away again. This place is just terrible, go to any other place in prairie; their customer service might be fake but at least they act like they care about you and explain what they are doing, vs just pulling the wrong teeth and telling you that it’s rotted from the inside so that’s why you can’t see anything wrong with it.

I do not recommend this place try to find out info for an extraction and because my fiancee was in background try to explain that he has already been through what she was explaining she hung up on me and then when I called back to make a appointment she refused to make an appointment because they weren't the place for him if he was ranting...which he was not. I find it very unprofessional that they reused an appointment.
