Front desk hostess was very caring and considerate. Allowed us to check in early.
Our room was very spacious and clean. One upgrade they should consider in the rooms is install outlets with USB outlets.

The pool area was clean and hot tub worked properly; which was really nice after our day long road trip.

We have stayed here for a few years now and have always been treated like we are family. Peyton, Juanita, Mickey, and the entire staff go out of there way to accommodate us. I would recommend to anyone and everyone!!

We were overcharged slightly for our room, my wife noticed and called the manager. He said he would reimburse us within 2 weeks. After a few weeks she checked her statement and saw no reimbursement and complained to me, I advised she give it another week. A week later she checked again, saw no reimbursement and called the hotel. The person on duty was not able to help and said the manager would call. When she hadn't received a call the next day she got me to call and complain to Wyndham. I spent over an hour on the phone escalating my complaint. Finally I got a supervisor involved and they said they would look into it. I got a call back from the hotel manager saying we were already reimbursed. I had my wife check again and it turned out they reimbursed her the day after she complained and she didn't look back that far. Very embarrassing, we feel like Karens.

It's by far the nicest hotel in the immediate area.

My first stay here. It's a bit out of the way but I did save 100 bucks or more. Clean rooms some hot breakfast stuff. There was no noise from the street at all. There's a canoeing company and a big army tank sitting in town to check out. Staff is friendly. I will be looking at this hotel chain more often

What a wonderful stay. Very friendly, accommodating and welcoming staff. I believe his name was Peyton. Sorry if I spelled it wrong.

We had a block of rooms booked for a local tournament. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Quick check-in, pool and hit tub was perfect for the kids and the rooms were great. Breakfast was delicious both days!

Stayed here Saturday night, July 15th, and Manager Mikki(spelling) was very helpful, when we were scrambling to find a place to stay. He was friendly and very accommodating with everything we asked. Rooms were great and would definitely recommend this place. More motels need a manager like Mikki, who really seemed to enjoy his job and had great customer service skills.

The bed and room was comfortable and I slept great. The staff was friendly. I love the massage chair in the exercise room. Breakfast was made to order omelette 2 of my 3 days there, and it was excellent. Free dinner of chicken chili, homemade bread, and pecan pie was awesome. Just an enjoyable stay all the way around!

We found ourselves in the middle of small town Wisconsin, on the free fishing weekend and no place to stay. It was getting late and my husband and I were both very tired. The nice young man working at this motel made our stop so nice and enjoyable.

Best customer service I've ever gotten at a hotel, and I've stayed at thousands. In the AM specifically. There was a lady with glasses who went above and beyond, I wish I had caught her name!

Great place! Friendly staff who had put out a build your own sundae bar, along with warm chocolate chip cookies and milk when I arrived (for all guests 7-9pm). The bed was comfy and the rooms were clean and modern. Nice places to eat within a couple minutes walking distance. I will stay here again.

I was so impressed with this place! All staff were very nice and friendly. We had the king suite for New Years eve, and all the extra touches where very nice. Very clean, newly updated, super comfy bed and chairs. The breakfast was really good, with fresh baked goods and omelettes or eggs cooked per order. They also offered food for New Years that was nice. Located directly downtown, and walkable to everything! I live in same county, but didn't want to drive home that evening! First, I thought it was pricey, but it was worth it. I will stay there again and recommend it to all.

We had an excellent stay in this hotel! ALL of the staff were so nice, and helpful. They made us feel right at home. Our room and the rest of the building were spotlessly clean. The free breakfast Saturday morning was the best we have had at any hotel we have been to. We wished we didn't have to leave!

Excellent place to stay! Staff is wonderful, especially Darla who works like crazy making 'made to order' omelettes as part of the complimentary breakfast. Thanks for our special order morel omelette! Rooms are very clean and one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept in.

My husband and I originally selected this hotel because they did not allow pets. He has severe allergies. We loved the hotel. It's been freshly redone, and it's very quiet and clean.
Lynn at the front desk was incredible! She was so helpful and friendly and went well above expectations.
We would definitely recommend this place to friends.

Very nice hotel, the service was fantastic and the rooms were very clean. The breakfast was amazing, the only downside was the bed were a tad hard for my liking. Overall though I would recommend staying here if you want a clean, affordable, and nice service.

Wonderful stay. This hotel had so many extras built into the stay - the kids each got a pool toy upon check in; there were cookies, nachos, ice cream sundaes; made-to-order omelets for breakfast. Staff went above and beyond. Room was clean and satisfactory.

My wife couldn't climb the stairs at the hotel and the staff worked with us, and we got a room on the first floor. I highly recommend this hotel! They don't have a elevator so if someone has a mobility problem, ask for the downstairs room. We found out the hard way by booking thru booking ,com.

A great, family-run, place to stay! The rooms are nicely appointed and clean, we had a big TV and a small-but-larger-than-average fridge in ours. The AC worked well. The towels we're very soft and fluffy! The staff is super friendly and the breakfast is amazing for a hotel breakfast...waffles, biscuits, gravy, sausage, assorted breads, muffins and pastries, assortment of hot and cold cereals, fruit, yogurt, milk, juice, coffee, hot cocoa, and MADE TO ORDER omelette/eggs. They also do milk and cookies and an evening snack/dessert that changes seasonally. When we were there it was cheese from 3-7 and ice cream sundaes from 7-9. The indoor pool was nice temperature, as was the hot tub. There is a handicap accessible restroom in the pool area, pool towels, and they have chair lifts to assist disabled persons in and out of the pool/spa. Wifi is unsecured but seemed to work well. There is an assortment of games in the lobby and a DVD library as well. Vending is on the first floor...ice machine, soda machine, candy machine. There is no elevator so if you have trouble with stairs or pack a lot of stuff be sure to request a first floor room. The hotel is close to restaurants and bars...just down the block, about a 2 minute walk or less. We will definitely stay here when we return to Prairie du chien.

We had a great stay...then our car broke down. The people at this hotel were to helpful and allowed us to hang around extra time while I worked on our car. Everyone was extremely nice and hospitable. We loved the hotel before we had problems, and when we had to be towed back to it after breaking down, our whole family was glad we at least got to stay here another night, even if we would have rather gone home.

These people really go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. The pool and hot tub are great, the facilities are very clean, there are places to walk to for food and shopping, they have free (and good!) coffee and hot chocolate, awesome breakfast which included an omelette chef while we were there, free milk and cookies in the evening, free dvd library to borrow movies for the evening........so much to comment on!

I will gladly stay here again if I'm in the area again.
