Since I purchased my bike around the beginning of summer this has been my go to store. Everyone there is dedicated to making sure that customer service is delivered in every single interaction. It speaks highly of management and the team to have fostered such a great team environment.

Recently I had an issue with a flat tire, turned out to be a hole from it hitting the rim while going off a jump. The store manager took the time during a rather busy day to explain what I can do differently to prevent this in the future, and also was able to get everything changed out for me.

What I enjoy most about this location is the opportunity to learn more about how to fix things on my mountain bike. I still am pretty new at mountain biking so there is a ton to learn and I appreciate that employees take the time to explain things. I know it’s not always easy with everything going on, so it is much appreciated.

Best experience ever! Donated my old bike and bought new. They were so helpful finding my size. I added a kick stand, helmet, bike lock, bag rack and water bottle holder. I was very taken care of, helped along entire way.

I called up to see if a specific bike was in stock. I drove in to snag it but it wasn’t a 7 speed. The guest service helped me order the bike from the California warehouse and she helped me gather goodies to wrap up for my daughter’s birthday that would hold her over until her bike came. Easy. Friendly. Helpful.

Brought my new bike in to get the suspension adjusted and I was beyond impressed by their service. Jake was super helpful showing me how everything worked and even changed my tires to tubeless for me. I am really happy with my visit and will be back!

All of the staff there are AMAZING. When looking at a bike, they don't push you to buy the biggest most expensive bike and work with you to actually find the bike that is the best fit for you even if it isn't the top of the line same as a car priced bike. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and don't make you feel like you are talking to a car salesman. If they don't have the bike in store that you want, they will look at see if another store close has it or they will order it in for you.

Trek bikes Madison is so nice, useful convenient and the great service. You have to go there and see a lot of options that you need as a rider.

My daughter and I visited Trek's Madison West store for an emergency repair. While this is not my family's first Trek bike, this was my first visit to a Trek store. My daughter was taking a clinic at nearby Blackhawk Ski Club and we discovered her tire was damaged when we arrived. The clinic staff sent us to Trek for repairs.

When we entered the store, it was clean, well organized, and easy to find the repair counter. The technicians were helping other customers, but assured us they'd be right with us. Another sales associate checked to see if there was anything she could do to help us, while we were waiting.

Chris helped us with our tire and tube. He recommended a different configuration and made the changes in about15 minutes. My daughter enjoyed the new road feel of her bike, and she was able to attend most of her clinic--a huge relief since we'd traveled almost two hours to get there and she had been looking forward to it all summer!

While he was working on a solution, I had a technical question for Chris. I am not a "bike person," and I was overheated and road-weary, so I couldn't articulate it well. Nonetheless, Chris was able to discern what I was trying to learn and provide a thorough explanation. He was courteous and informative, not at all condescending. I really appreciated his "counter-side" manner, and my daughter--who *is* a "bike person"--got a lot of useful, practical information out of the conversation.

All of which is to day, Chris, the other staff members, and this store location are each a credit to your company. Thank you, Chris and Trek, for saving, the day!
