We had a great experience at Crazy Lenny's today. Evan was very helpful in answering questions, assisting with allowing us to test out three different e-bikes. He did not pressure us to make a decision but was most concerned with making sure we had a great experience while investigating e-bikes. Will definitely be returning...

Gary, our salesperson shared his knowledge and expertise when we made our purchase. He thoroughly answered all of our questions. Our bikes and hitch bike rack were fully assembled and ready for transport. A young polite man from the service department assisted us with securing our equipment. The crew at this establishment is top notch. I would highly recommend Crazy Lenny's!

A few years ago I gave a poor review to Crazy Lennies.. they were fairly new and so the maintenance end of things was under developed.. I am pleased to share that last spring I had my ebikes tuned up there and everything was excellent. Fair, friendly service and got the bikes going better than new.

John was awesome, after several days of texts he put together a two bike package that checked all of our boxes and saved us a TON of money vs retail. We’re are looking to purchase a third bike for our son. Super fast shipping and went above and beyond to make sure the bikes were perfect when they arrived. We took the bikes out on trails this weekend and electric is a GAME CHANGER.

Great customer service. Purchased and e-bile 1 year ago. I am from Upper Michigan and never had anny problems with my bike. They make sure the bike is perfect before it goes out the door. No pressure to buy or purchase a certain model. They want you to be happy with the bike you choose. You can take as many bikes as you want to ride to make sure you like what you are purchasing. I love this place and definitely will be back.

After our first 2 ebike purchases, 550 miles/two months later, we bought my daughter her first ebike. The attention to our needs and willingness to go the extra mile made working with Steve, Chris and gang a real pleasure.

I saw an incredible deal on an e-bike and at first thought that it was a scam, maybe the “Crazy Lenny” part tipped me off. After doing the live chat and looking at forums I was convinced that it was an actual business. I talked to John who really kept me informed every step of the way and even installed some changes I wanted since this bike is for my wife and I wanted a more tarmac friendly tire. I will definitely send my friends their way. I live in Northern California and the bike was well packed and arrived on time, so no concerns about buying an e-bike from Wisconsin. I was pedaling around within 20 minutes of unboxing.

My journey with E-bikes started in 2013 and after calling a number of local dealers, I was appalled at their involvement and greed. E-bikes were quite new to the U.S and I had no good, local, E-bike shop. Then, I stumbled on Lenny's and they not only offered me a great bike at a wonderful price, they offered all my friends the same service. He has helped several E-bike manufacturers and local customers.
Since 2014, Len has become a great friend.
His store is perhaps the biggest in the US with over 220 bikes on the floor. I recommend a visit and an afternoon of test rides.

Incredible costumer service and honesty! I am a bigger gal who was looking for a cruiser but the guy (I think Gary?) explained why a larger motor would suite me best. He was patient and showed us many options. I really had a great experience here, and the prices where very reasonable!

Gary is the best e-bike expert ever and Crazy Lenny’s has the best selection of e-bikes in Madison. My twin sister and I have purchased bikes for ourselves and family members from Gary. Awesome! I bought the Magnum Pathfinder! 48 Volt battery! I'm a bigger guy, been riding it for 2 days and my family loves it! Mike did a great job, and gave us an awesome deal!!

I am so happy with the Dasher w500 easy step thru e-bike. It is a pleasure to ride. The handlebars weren't just right for me (yah..Im short😂) ..and 74) so they swapped them and it’s a perfect fit. Only took a day. The entire experience with Lenny’s was positive.
