Crossroads Coffeehouse

Crossroads is one of my favorite coffee shops in the Madison area. It is modern but has a small-town, everyone-knows-your-name feel. The staff are friendly and so are the other customers! Since they remodeled there is a lot more space and seating options like couches, large tables, and social seating around a fireplace. The food and coffee are great, too!

Love it here! Everybody is very attentive and kind. It’s also just a great location with a lovely atmosphere and delicious coffee. I’ve been going here for years and it never gets old!

Everyone here is so nice and eager to help! I'm a big fan of the scones, but everything tastes great! The coffee is always great and roasted regularly and the space is light and cozy. The staff makes you feel welcome and I'm certain I could sit here for hours just enjoying myself. Fave coffee shop I've been to!

Had a delicious carrot cake Bundt cake! My latte was good - I should’ve asked for more espresso 🤪 great to-go experience!

Excellent coffee and excellent service! My only suggestion would be with the chocolate chip cookie. Mine was more cake-like than I prefer (I like the all butter chocolate chip cookies). But still good flavor. I will definitely stop here every time I pass through Cross Plains. I sincerely wish they were closer to my home. I would stop there more often. Wonderful!

We had great brown sugar lattes. Really nice place.

The staff is so friendly. The coffee is more than you could ask for! It’s extremely hard for me not to stop for a Caramel Cream every morning before work! Very nice atmosphere! Child and pet friendly as well which makes it an extra special place in my opinion!

Great coffee and ALWAYS friendly staff! I occasionally go to get a change of scenery while I work and in the summer we LOVE walking there with our pup to sit outside. Love that there's always a bowl of water and dog treats :) We've visited both the coffee shop, and, recently the Creekside Scoop for Ice cream. The owners are present at all of their locations and always take the time to chat with customers like friends. Can't say enough!

Big fan of the apricot lemon scone and any of their lattes! Came here with my bf and parents last weekend for the food and drinks, and stayed for the beautiful atmosphere and kind service. I come here everytime I drive through crissplauns, and it's so good- sometimes I even make the long drive just for the coffee and folks there.

I love this place! Crossroads is my favorite place to do some work on my laptop, have a coffee date with my husband, or bring my little girls for some mommy-daughter time. They love the baked goods and I love the coffee :) The owners are wonderful people and you can tell they take a lot of pride in serving their community! If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Wandered in here off the Ice Age Trail. Friendly helpful staff, nice atmosphere, very reasonable prices, good coffee and great gluten free choices. The Italian Almond Cake was lovely!

Just saying that the people working here are incredibly personable and kind and my coffee and tea has never once been bitter or watered down! Phenomenal service and great baked goods and drinks!

Friendly service, good coffee, kids toys so you can drink that coffee in peace, nice retail selection, clean bathrooms, convenient parking. Definitely beats Starbucks.

We stop at Crossroads Coffeehouse in Cross Plains frequently for the delicious lattes and great pastries. On our most recent visit, we were delighted to discover live music. The combination of great lattes and pastries, and occasional music will keep us coming back.

Super cute coffee spot with friendly, helpful service. Great espresso roasted locally by Just coffee company specially for Crossroads. Had the steel cut oatmeal with the oatmeal bar, which was all fantastic. It is a dog friendly business, and three big dogs came inside while we were there. Highly recommend this place.

Very cute place. Full menu of coffee drinks and a good selection of breakfast treats. Slices of breads, scones, quiche, oatmeal. The also sell a selection of local items, like honey and shirts. The coffee (also local) was very good - I had a red eye with hazelnut syrup. The hot coffee is self service and there are multiple roast available as well as decaf. Overall loved it and would love to stop by again if ever in the area.
