I had to quickly arrange a lunch at an organization for 60+ attendees and had less than 24 hours. This location executed perfectly, and the delivery employee took extra time to ID and support set-up of the food station.

This chick fil a is a cut above the rest! While visiting, We saw the owner come out and start bussing tables (we knew he was the owner cause his pic was on the wall). Clean restaurant and the Service here is always friendly and food of course is legendary.

Excellent service. Came in near closing and was served politely and promptly. Staff was courteous and patient with our group and didn't rush us. Even though it was late, food quality was excellent.

This was our second visit . My wife and I were very pleased. The restaurant is about 60 miles from our home. We will definitely revisit soon

It doesn't matter if someone is new or returning that everyone is treated with dignity and respect. I experienced an unpleasant experience with a salon and decided to go get breakfast at my favorite spot to make me happy. I was met by an extremely kind, thoughtful, and thorough employee named Rebecca, who isn't obligated to do anything outside of their normal duties and taking my order, but she brighten up my day when I needed to quickly vent about my experience with another organization. Rebecca was a listened ear and provided a thoughtful gesture at the bottom of the bag, which made me smile and called the store to give a review. Rebecca is an example of exceptional customer service and truly follows the core values. I'll be back again. Thank you ❤

Fried Chicken Salad with Ranch Dressing was really delicious. I also had some Waffle Fries that were perfect they had a perfect crunch and a soft inside and just the right amount of salt . Absolutely Perfect.

Good food and fast service. What more can you ask for? They also take the CFA app at this location, which is nice.

This was one of the best casual dining experiences in Madison by far. The staff was welcoming, helpful and professional. The store was very clean and wiped down after every guest. Fresh tasty Spicy Southwest salad and various chicken options.

First ordering the COBB SALAD. It was very good. Everything was fresh and delicious. I removed the hard boiled yolk to lower cholesterol. This new diet is pretty tasty.

The food was fresh and delicious, especially the soup. The service was fast and friendly even though they were very busy.

The associates at this Chick-Fil-A are, as a whole, incredible! They are respectful, courteous, personable, upbeat, and fast. I always leave there feeling better than when I arrived. They love their jobs and it shows.

My family really enjoys Chick-fil-A. Just a reminder that it is not open on Sundays. For the kids meals, if you return the toy your child can have a small ice cream cone. I really like their Chick-fil-A sauce which is a mixture between honey mustard and barbecue. Their annual calendar sales, available now, are a huge savings throughout the year. For $8 you can buy a calendar with a calendar card. The calendar card allows for you to get a free item every month all year long.

Really great service and the food was delicious! Doesn't matter if people consider this a "fast food chain", I've had better service here than in a large number of medium priced restaurants.

Staff was super friendly and always wanted to make sure that you were a happy customer. I even had an extra drink given to me by mistake, and they just let me have it rather than take one back.

Also chick fila sandwiches are a delicious specialty. Doesn't taste greasy not fatty! Also try out the different drinks, a big fan of the cookie and cream shakes (I know Joel Embiid was too)!

I don't get to come here often but every time I do they wow me with their service! I never have to wait at all. The other day I just wanted a brownie and they gave it to me for free! I will always recommend this Chick-fil-a and continue to be a patron myself. Great job!

The have a fast and warm service. The chicken is always delicious. I like the cookies milkshake but i found the peach milkshake not as delicious.

By far, the best customer service!! My son and I stopped for dinner after D&B, we live an hour away from this location and it did not disappoint! The lovely cashier was so sweet and kind. The chicken hit the spot, and the shakes for our hour ride home were literally the cherry on top!

This is the best Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. Not just because the food is delicious, but because the people who work there are genuine and really care about the customer. They reflect the heart of Christ in Madison, and for that I am grateful.

Super friendly cashiers, super fast food service. I loved that the high chair came with a disposable placemat for the kiddos. Mine is in the wants to put everything in their mouth stage so this was great! The food was delicious. They forgot to bring out the kids apple juice at first but promptly got it when asked.
