I stopped by to get some help getting back into my google account as I was also having phone issues and my phone was at U Break I Fix. Nathan was extremely knowledgeable and got me back into my google account. Very pleased with Nathan and Madison Computer Works. Would highly recommend!! Much integrity!!

These folks are the best! I'm so happy they are in Madison. I was just in yesterday as my laptop had been seized up by a scam. I was prepped for a few day turnaround and the tech had it back up and running (with extra protection added) in about 10 min. I've bought computers there and had service done for years. Absolutely trust these folks to keep my computers running. I never have the horror stories my friends around the country have who don't have local care. Thank you!

These folks are great! I worked primarily with Nathan in particular and cannot say enough good things--despite the awful condition of my computer and the embarrassing way I got it there (rookie mistake), he was so nice and understanding. He diagnosed my issue, I was directed to send it in to get fixed under warranty, and he backed up all my data for me. A couple weeks later it came back from warranty and I brought it in to get restored and he let me know that unfortunately, the warranty folks had caused another error (apparently not unheard of). He got all the data I was most worried about (plus some!) on my external hard drive and gave good advice on dealing with warranty.

Long story short--so nice, I overheard various other employees dealing with all sorts of issues as I waited (briefly) and it seems like a great and very fair bunch. I hope I don't have to visit again anytime soon, but know where I'll be going with any tech issues in the future!!

The staff here are amazing, helpful and efficient!! I've used their services a couple times and will always go to Madison Computer Works for my computer needs. Very satisfied!

Simply the BEST!!! Madison Computer Works, Inc is the only place that I'll go for computer services! As always, I was treated like family from Sarah and Brian. They are always so kind, friendly and "happy to help." They truly care about their customers! I purchased an external hard drive and Ethan and Silas kindly helped set it up for me putting the shortcut on my laptop. I had a variety of questions with my laptop (messages popping up, pictures not transferring over, etc.) and Ethan and Silas went above and beyond to help me resolve my computer issues! They were so kind, patient and friendly. I'm not tech savvy and they took all the time needed to answer my questions and kindly help me! They too, made me feel valued like family! Madison Computer Works, Inc is the BEST!!!

Had an SSD failure that prevented booting up. Brought it in, Ethan and Nathan were enthusiastic and didn't condescend to someone less tech-savvy. Service and parts were well priced and when they didn't have the RAM upgrade I decided I wanted in stock, Ethan sent me links to compatible sticks online and offered to swap in and test them for free. If I need service again in the future or the time finally comes to buy a new machine, I will definitely be back.

Their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled. Nathan did excellent job to fix my computer.

I am a BIG fan of the RED PLAN provided by Madison Computer Works!! Tried two local computer service centers (without good outcomes) before I tried MCW.

I call 2-3 times per year for general teaching moments and 1-2 times per year to fix something remotely. All magical to me (non-geek guy) and always a good outcome. They are very knowledgeable and are good at explaining what they know.

PLUS, the annual fee for the RED PLAN includes anti-virus subscription. Must be a good product because I have had no virus infection to date.

We were in need of a computer for our business and the first and only stop was to Madison Computer Works. Brian helped us in choosing a great fit for us. We opted to purchase the Computer Care Plan and I’m glad we did. I ran into some troubles with the printer and computer not communicating. I called their technical support, he logged into the computer and made some quick changes. In addition, the technician asked, “is there anything else I can help you with today?” The genuine help that Brian and his staff was valuable and we will definitely use them in the future!

Purchased a new laptop from MCW three weeks ago. Sarah in sales gave outstanding advice about what would work best for me. I could not access internet and my internet carrier told me it was a computer issue and they had just updated my router and modem. I spent hours on the phone trying to get issue fixed. Then I called MADISON COMPUTER WORKS! PETE went above and beyond to figure out and update my computer so I had access. It was not a computer issue . I had an older computer that wasn't compatible with new router. My internet carrier technicians had no idea. It was soooo frustrating. When I called my internet carrier they apologized and will bring this to their technicians attention and in meetings. I just had Madison Computer Works technician John to my home. He was incredibly polite and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed our networking issue and resolved it, then stayed to let us pick his brain for a little while.
