Great vibes from this place!

Decor is on point and the staff is very friendly. We ordered a lemon bar, a latte, and a hot chocolate made with almond milk.

The lemon bar and hot cocoa were honestly fantastic. The latte was good too, but I prefer a flat white if available.

Overall seems like a great place to study and hang. Will definitely be coming back and trying the brunch!

Great new coffee shop for downtown Middleton. Upscale interior and lots of different seating areas. Longtables, leather couches and chairs, 2 different bars to sit at and more along two walls and lots of outdoor seating too. Great coffee, baked goods and food with really friendly customer service.

Lovely little family owned cafe! Homemade bakery choices are delectable. They have in- house made syrups (just a few choices tho) and my almond milk caramel latte was perfectly made. If you need a chill place to work or relax, this quiet little corner cafe is perfect. Lots of outdoor seating too!

Loving the Helbachs in Madison! The atmosphere and decor is fresh and chill and the lattes are superb. The kitchen located right in the cafe is amazing and portions are so generous for the price.

Cute cozy coffee shop with an outdoor seating bubble, for winter I guess! When I went it was full but with no one waiting in line. My purchase was quick, easy, and friendly. I’ll be back!

This is my favorite place for coffee on the west side. Staff is wonderful, bakery items are AMAZING and the espresso is above average. Great breakfast and lunch items as well.

I recently started working in the Middleton area finally ventured in after driving by the beautiful building for a couple weeks. I was NOT disappointed. I had their bacon and egg sandwich, topped with Bloody Mary Mustard, which I know want to put on everything I eat, and it had a side of veggies with Green Goddess dressing that I saved every last tasty bit of I could. I only had black coffee to drink, but it was far tastier and smoother than any chain coffee you can get nearby. I will definitely be returning, but next time, I'll be sitting on the comfy couches soaking in the atmosphere along with the great food. Great Job, Helbachs!

I have been to this coffee shop (call it that but it is much more) 5 or 6 times now and each, initially for coffee and bakery items, later for some their lunch or breakfast sandwiches. All were delicious and well beyond expectations. They roast their coffee on site and it is fresh and loaded with flavor, clearly the best coffee in the area. The Decor and music just have a nice balance, just a nice place to be. There are a number of people there with laptops open, but I find it a nice place to read, or just to hang out. Jim

You can never go wrong at Helbach's coffee. Whether it's their delicious southwest wrap or one of their specialty drinks, you won't be disappointed! Their staff is very friendly and fun to chat with. This is my go-to place whenever I get the opportunity to work remotely and have to be in Madison.

Amazing spot, My new favorite coffee shop! I have stopped in a couple of times, love the coffee and their menu. I got this brownie, Oreo cookie bar thing for my kid, and somehow she never got it. Not sure what happened to that super tasty morsel.
The atmosphere and customer service is top notch. That's a must for me to return to, and I will return. Keep up the great work

Love Helbachs! Great coffee, and look at this amazing bourbon sticky bun. My husband said, "That's the ticket!!" When he had his first bite.

My only concern with this place is that some days (well, sometimes) it almost needs a second location to allow for more seating. :)

This place is a hidden gem. Faster service and better coffee than any of the surrounding shops. Negative reviews are complaining about masks. This is America, not China. It's not anyone's responsibility as a business owner to play mask police. If freedom is not your cup of tea then go somewhere else. Great local place to support in these tough times.

I first came here a few months ago and was so excited to have such a great location here in Middleton! I now come here all of the time to work and get away from the office. Whenever I have meetings, I also hold them here. The environment is beautiful and prettier than any other coffee shop in the Madison area. The coffee never disappoints. I've actually now purchased their coffee for some of my marketing events and I have had so many customers come up and ask me where I got the coffee because it was the best they have had. You are missing out if you haven't been here yet or don't come here regularly!

A great atmosphere for dining, having a conversation, or enjoying a fine coffee or tea. I particularly appreciate the owners balanced approach to providing a reasonable and healthy, safe environment, without oppressive and unreasonable "official" restrictions. At no time was I put in a risky position, nor did I put anyone else at risk. It can be done!

Lovely shop in a small space. Seating inside is well utilized, with a fireplace making it cozy. There is a heated dome tent with cushioned seating outside. The drink menu is small but unique; I tried a Karma Macchiato. The baked goods look and taste amazing. The baked granola is excellent.

Some friends of mine highly recommended this place for the bourbon rolls and latte. I decided to pop in for a visit while passing through Madison and was not disappointed! AMAZING is an understatement. Noah made me the best latte of my life with high quality latte art and great conversation the entire time. Also really dug the interior design wood work decor. You won't regret a visit to Helbach's. I'll be back.

Really cool environment kind of a rustic yet regal look to the inside. The food is awesome and probably the best well held together breakfast wrap ive ever had. And the coffee was really good i recommend the butterscotch mocha it was really good.
