Even though they were short staffed, the current staff did a super awesome job, preparing delicious food and with much patience💕💕💕

My husband and I stopped for dinner and had the tomato soup and baguette..absolutely delicious 😋 the lady, Harriet, that took our order is the sweetest lady ever!! She gave my husband a taste test of his soup before he decided to get it..she made my heart smile from her graciousness and giving personality ☺ a lot of customer service people out there now could learn from her..thank you Harriet and Panera for making our dinner a great day!!!

This location is understaffed. Half a normal crew at closing. Seems to be a common theme nowadays everywhere. However, service was great. Fast, friendly. Food was awesome. Congrats to an overworked manager and her skeleton crew for keeping things going. You are appreciated.

My m mother and I just enjoyed dinner, at the Onalaska Panera, and I was SO impressed with the clearly overworked staff. Although they were very short-handed, all three young ladies we encountered were extremely pleasant, courteous, and professional. The food was hot and good. Thank you!

I recently ate here with my family and the employees treated us superbly. I believe one worker with a long braid and visor was clocking in when I asked where I can find straws and napkins. She was very kind to me and my kids. The sweet lady at the counter, named Harriet, was also very generous in taking my order. An added bonus was the pride flag draped in the restaurant. It made me feel very welcome and included as a member of the LGBT community. I have always loved Panera but this has boosted my feelings even more. Slay girlies! I will be coming back for the delicious food and good vibes.

We always go back for a more healthier option whwn out. The service is lacking. We waited 50 minutes due to all of the mobile orders that were ahead of us but we would never know. This has been several times this has happened on weekends. But the food and coffee are amazing.

Last night my husbands father died. On the way home exhausted, overwhelmed, hurting we stopped at the Panera 40 mins before closing. His mom thought we'd get an unwelcoming response from the server when she asked "is it ok if we order food?" instead we got a big smile and an "of course!" From Tonya there at the counter. Tonya even commented on the sad face of my 16 yr old brother in law. We explained that dad just passed away and she instantly sprang into action. I think she would have dove over the counter to hug us if we weren't total strangers. She gave us her sympathy's and offered to cover our meal. Tonya went above and beyond. Thank you! I hope you see this!!

Fabulous food flavourful and fresh! Kitchen sink cookie... just order one! Drinks amazing and bread bowl soup yum!!

Love coming here for dinner or to just grab something to drink and snack on while hanging out with friends. It is always nice and quiet (sound level), which I appreciate it.

One of the best Panera I have ever been to. The customer service was really good. The food was yumm! I ordered chicken chipotle pizza and the chicken almond sandwich along with tomato and chicken clear soup. The ingredients on the sandwich and pizza was so fresh I felt like it was farm fresh.

Not in love with the kiosk ordering. Everything else was great. Staff, food. Excellent. They put whip cream on my iced latte. Nice touch.

YUMMY!!!!! The family and I went through the drive thru. Upon our arrival we noticed a long but we were not bothered by this as the line was moving fast and we knew it was worth what minimal wait there was. The selections were numerous and mouth watering. I got the Autumn Squash Soup with a bread bowl. It was pure bliss. Oh sure we're in a pandemic, our Country is divided, and the Temperature is below zero. Has long as we have Panera Bread we'll be ok.

I came to this location a little over a month ago and the food and service was good. Today I came and it was exceptional. I think it was the manager who took my order and he was very friendly. They've switched to having someone bring your food to your table and all of the staff who were doing that I noticed were very nice, and the wait to get my food wasn't long at all.

Great service - call ahead! I ordered ahead for a business meeting ( about 10 persons). My order was accurate and ready at the requested time. Panera staff even called me back to correct an omission on my part. Many attendees commented their entree came out better than they anticipated.
I would recommend calling ahead whenever possible.

It is hard to find a franchise focusing on quality, flavor, and health as well as Panera does. The breads and pasteries are always fresh, and the employees really seem engaged. The food is always good and the service comes with a smile. Great place for a bite to eat or catch up.

Great food. Vegetarian friendly. One of the few chain restaurants where you can grab a lunch and have more than one option as a vegetarian. The service is fast and friendly. It does get a little loud and busy during lunch but that is to be expected. Overall, I enjoy the food and setting.

Great service and portions compared to the Eau Claire Panera Bread, but if doing carryout, you should double-checking your order because there is usually something missing.

Absolutely amazing! Their salads are the freshest, crunchiest, yummiest salads ever! I also had a chicken apple sandwich I was extremely hesitant about since I'm not one to eat foods like that, but omg that was fantastic. I'd give 10 stars if I could!!

I would eat at this chain restaurant every day if I could. The new pickup system is pretty impressive. For those that don't know, you can order online and within 15 minutes you can usually walk in and your hot food will be waiting for you on a shelf with your name on it, if you pay online all you have to do is grab and go.
