Owner does his own work so he cares how everything looks and operates. I've been renting for 4 years now and any time there is an issue I have no problem calling the owner and knowing the problem will be fixed the same day. The lawn was a mess when he bought the property and he's done a great job improving area. Snow removal etc all done very quick compared to other apartments where they contract out their work to people that have 9-10 other businesses to take care of first. Would highly recommend this complex to anyone.

Great place to live. Manager and owners care about their residents. My fridge died last night at 7pm, and by 10 am the next day they had a new one installed. Thanks for caring!

Nice 3 bedroom apartments, 2 bath, open kitchen-dining-livingroomall decent size with smaller outside storage. Garages available I believe.
I was there replacing flooring. Beware manager, she bites!! 🤓
