Hoot, hoot! Check out the beautiful vanilla flavoured owl. Great location off the highway and our barista was uber friendly so wanted to send some good vibes right on back.

Mostly quiet when I went. Great friendly staff that listen and get the order right. Consistent coffee quality. I got a chocolate cream cold brew and it was great. I set up with my laptop for a bit and got good Wi-Fi. It's was nice and clean and well-maintained. Definitely recommended with no complaints!

Staff was really friendly and quick to take our order even though the drive through was really busy. The nitro cold brew on tap is definitely worth getting. The wall of pictures that’s dedicated to our troops was a really cool addition to the shop. The bathroom was very clean.

I never do reviews...however, the wonderful lady taking my order and money at the window was fantastic. Asked all the right clarifications, was patient with all my questions, made the sweetest small talk while she was handing me my order out the window...just the best experience for 6:00am in the morning. I wish I had gotten her name. She's a super star in customer service! :)

Tomah Starbucks is very well run...I travel for work so I stop here regularly. They know how to make each drink and they are very professional!

We went in to get drinks & sit to enjoy each other's company. It does get a little load in there with the grinder & conversation but still nice. I had a iced chai tea with peppermint added wanted it like their mocha peppermint frappe only with chai tea. It was so refreshing & delicious. Wasn't too sure when I saw it because it looked very dark in color. Definitely would get it again. Service was done with a smile, helpful & correct. Don't know price because it was a treat

They were well staffed and efficient. Everything went very smoothly and the store was clean.

This store has really progressed since I worked there. A new and very competent store manager has made such a positive difference! They were SO busy when I stopped for beverages this morning and everything and everyone was smooth as silk. Kudos!!

Great service, friendly staff, price as expected

Quick and accurate orders. Staff is helpful and knows their stuff about coffee.

The inside isn't huge but there is enough seating for travelers to grab a coffee and sit for a bit.

Their vanilla bean creme is high in calories but also high in enjoyment. Cant go wrong with a cold press or a depth charge for that extra kick.

They always get my order right! Everyone is always so nice and helpful if I have questions.

went today to grab drinks for my coworkers, and the staff were so nice and helpful!! they were out of some items for the drinks i needed, understandably, and gave me great suggestions on what to replace them with. they were super speedy too! be sure to tip them if you can.

It's a Starbucks, you like them or you don't. There isn't much I can say about the quality of food and drink here since it's consistent with the entire chain. I can, however, recommend this location based on their excellent customer service. Been several times and each time I meet a different employee who's willing to treat me like a fellow human being.

Come for the reliable product, come back for the reliable people.

Was very thrilled to find them open super early in the small town! After waking up incredibly early to start my 3hr drive, I stopped in this town to get gas and across the street saw the warm inviting glow of Starbucks!
Promptly took my order in the drive thru and was very pleasant, kind, and upbeat at the window. Latte was perfect and the banana bread was delicious. A nice moist and thick slice of heaven!

Best Starbucks! We came in 5 minutes before close (I know, how terrible) and put in NINE orders. We were out the door in 6 minutes and every order was perfect. Thankyou so much. Our night shift soldiers love you!

Absolutely love this place! Wish there was one in Black River Falls!!! I love the refreshers, especially the dragon fruit one. Lately, I've been getting the pink drink which is equally as awesome! Also be very clear when ordering, last week they messed up on my cousins order.

Went through drive thru on Black Friday and the guy working the drive thru (don’t remember his name) was super friendly and upbeat!! Great service and very genuine! Give that guy a raise!!!!

One of the best Starbucks I have been to in a long time. This specific Starbucks has beautiful interior design and gives off the perfect vibe. Even if your just looking to grab a quick coffee before work or looking for the right spot to hang with friends, you'll find this to be the perfect little spot. They have a nice display of there sweets that catches your eye right away. They also have a area where you can buy merchandise. Not only is the interior beautiful but my drink was perfect. It was exactly how I wanted it and I can't wait to go get myself another coffee.

Let me start by saying I have been to this Starbucks a handful of times in the past but today was the most memorable for me. First of all, I love the camera on the screen so you feel like you are talking to the person one on one. It really bridges the gap that Covid has created. Second, when I got to the window the lady at the window (I believe her name was Rachel?), was absolutely amazing! So friendly and courteous! Made for an amazing start to my day. This is also when I met Cam, the amazing man who took my order, his job didn't stop after taking my order. This amazing man I could kiss! He actually complimented me on my hair matching my sunglasses. First time getting a compliment at a drive thru. These 2 definitely sealed the deal on me coming back to this Starbucks and is now the standard I will hold all others. Oh, and the drink was absolutely delicious so bonus points. Thank you Cam and Rachel for starting off my day with a little happiness.
