Three Bears Resort

This was our third trip to Three Bears, and we will return. It's our kid's (3&6) favorite water park.

The water is warm, the water park is not crowded, the water park is clean, and the staff is great. There's a lot for little kids to do, and the pools are all shallow with only a small part being 4'. There is plenty of seating in the water park, so we have never had to leave our bags and clothes on the wet floor like other places.

I was happy to see some updates. Getting rid of the carpet was a needed update. Our heat was a bit weird, with there being a thermostat on the wall and the unit, but we figured it out. Love the free coffee bar in the lobby.

We realize there isn't much in the area in the way of food, so we bring lots of snacks, juice, milk.. Unfortunately, Warrens just doesn't have much, especially in winter and the hours and menus are unpredictable.

My only improvement would be larger garbage cans in the rooms and hallway. The hall ones were all full and there were no extra bags in our room. A janitor closet with a broom and some supplies for guests would be awesome, but I'm sure it would just get raided. Maybe also some hooks or something for all the wet swim suits.

Our cabin was very comfortable and we loved the rustic yet modern feel. I have 2 "complaints"... The dryer didn't work(possibly broken belt or bearings seized up) and the dust on the ceiling fans and corners of ceilings/walls really set off my allergies! Next time I'll bring stuff to clean the areas that I can reach so allergies aren't so bad. I would definitely recommend staying here! Our group was very impressed with the cabin and area and any questions we had were answered quickly, promptly, and with expertise!

The Three Bears Resort is a second home for us! We love every minute of being there! We request the same room every time as our daughter calls it "home". I would love to purchase one of the cabins there!! Perfect every time!! You won't be disappointed!!

Had Thanksgiving buffet again this year at the resort. Over the last 2 years it just gets better. Super impressed with the food, service and staff. The general manager is top notch with guests.

It was my first experience with 3 Bears and everything went smoothly for us. The room was clean, service prompt, the restaurant was appreciated after a long day of playing at the water park, and mini golf was fun. It was a perfect destination for a weekend of family fun. Didn't make it to the arcade but the fact that they have one is also a perk. Beautiful scenery inside and out.

We were there for a kids' bday party. The pools, lazy river and slides were fun. The pizza was very good. Thicker crust. Everyone had fun and enjoyed the whole facility for the day.

We had a family reunion there for 57 people from 6 different states and I cannot say enough how pleased we all were with Three Bears. It was the perfect choice for out group, with all ages 1 year to 76. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed including food and space. The newly remodeled rooms are very nice. I highly recommend having a reunion there.

Great place to vacation with family. Clean, comfortable & well equipped with essentials for a family to stay. Wonderful experience.

Way cheaper than the big indoor water parks in the dells! Lots of fun. Great value.
We booked a month ahead for the first week of May and got a
2 Queen bed room for $99 on a Friday night. We had access to the water park Friday and Saturday for that price. Our kids 4 and 6 loved it and had plenty to do. Water was plenty warm. Indoor/outdoor hot tub was sweet. My 6 year-old was allowed to do everything there with supervision of course.
We tried to save money in the past by going to Mt Olympus and that was terrible.

Took the kids for the weekend to Three Bears Resort and I have to say I had a wonderful experience. Kids loved the outdoor waterpark, indoor waterpark, arcade, laser maze, mini golf, riding golf card etc… Food was very affordable.What I loved about the place too it was not overcrowded so I was able to enjoy myself as well while the kids play it was easy to keep an eye on everyone…Gentleman that worked on the reception was very nice and professional. Room was clean and loved the nutral colors and wood furniture… Beautiful property beautiful nature all around. I am looking forward to coming here again in the future. Just a little recommendation I think it would be useful to have like a little brochure with a map and hours of operation for the restoration, water parks etc.

Great getaway for a family with young kids. Staff was friendly, I was pleased by the hours the waterpark was open. The facility could use some updates, which they seem to be doing. We had a family suite, which was a great value for how spacious it was!

We rented two villas and several villas were connected on our street. We never once heard our neighbors through the walls! Villas were clean and fully furnished. The water park was awesome, and both young and old loved it! We ordered the pizza from the restaurant inside the waterpark, and it was delicious! We will return!

Everything about the trip was perfect besides one thing. The only thing that was bad was when we went on vacation they had to close the wave pool lazy river and all the slides because someone pooped in the pool

The only thing wrong was we didn't have a microwave in our room. The front desk people were amazing.

I went there with my daughter, her fiance, his two daughters and my granddaughter. We have never stayed in a cabin. It was everything!I wanted to stay one or two more days. It was so relaxing. The cabin was very nice. The only thing is I had to clean out the refrigerator due to a bad smell. Other than that it was amazing!

The general manager was SO kind in letting my soldiers stay here for a visit!! The entire staff was generous and took great care to ensure ALL of the guests enjoyed their stay, including us! The rooms were clean and comfortable with nice views and there were plenty of activities to do. The food was also the best I’ve had in a while, all reasonably priced. I am definitely coming back here to visit I can’t wait!!

Kathy, Teresa & Kristen and their staff were all so wonderful to work with for our reservation. Unfortunately after much planning months in advance we weren't able to keep it due to sickness. They assisted in trying to find a new weekend, similar villa size options but we just could realign with our group. They were upfront about Waterpark availability during the week so we could consider our options. I appreciated their grace with this inconvenience and even though we didn't stay, wanted to give them props for their kindness. I hope we can go soon!

Despite some under staffing this place is running amazingly.
ALL of the staff is absolutely amazing Despite the tough time with staff issues. I applaud them for the continued positivity and high spirits they have day in and day out.

I will always recommend staying here. It's a great family getaway or even for a couple!
