Isaiah was a great help in signing me on for a membership, they have great deals going on. I took advantage of the free personal training session and met with Brandon, he was very knowledgeable and a great source. The gym is very clean and overall a great environment.

Started last week, great place to work out. This gym have everything you need, they saved on fancy membership scanning process and give customer a better rate for just great work out place, glad to have such a place after I move to tomah from Texas.

I came in from out of town and stop by this wonderful little place. Very friendly atmosphere with lockers and shower also!!

The Fitness connection is a clean, very well equipped facility. Mike is an excellent trainer who truly cares about people and what he does.

I've had generations of family lift here. It's a great gym the owner and the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. The members are super nice and are very welcoming.

Perfect for what we needed. My boyfriend and I were in town for vacation and needed a place to workout. For 5 bucks per person you just can’t beat that!

I absolutely positively love this place. They have every piece of equipment you could ask for and they work with you if you have financial difficulties difficulties. Always courteous always friendly always professional

Great spacious gym. Lots of equipment to chose from. Great tunes to listen to. Staff/owner are knowledgeable and very supportive.

Great place to train. They are very accommodating to people traveling. True gym all good equipment.

Old school, iron gym. Good ppl who like to lift heavy and aren't offended by some weights bangin. Pretty much the opposite of a planet fitness.

Great atmosphere, lots of room, good equipment and free weights. They also have a neverending rock wall

Dirt and grime workout.. friendly staff and always accepting work out equipment if u want to get rid of yours at home.. awesome owner

A Great Gym which respects the individuals rights to choose whether or not you should were a mask or not.

My favorite gym clean manly highly recommend rates are fair.
