Annie is an amazing facilitator of yoga. Her additional credential in massage therapy gives her master understanding of body mechanics, which combined with her organic intuitive approach makes her one of the most comfortable and competent yoga instructors you will ever find!

Yoga leaf owner and instructor, Annie, is so willing to ensure each yogi is comfortable and getting the best wellness from each pose. Starting with mindful breath and ending with corpse pose, and the whole workout in between, one really feels invigorated and healthy when we’re through with a class.
