This was my first time visiting this store. Of course there was nervousness and concern...BUT, what incredible and wonderful service! I was treated like a long time customer and got everything fixed post haste.

Anytime I have any questions or concerns with my laptop they are very helpful! I would recommend them to anyone.

Great staff, friendly and knowledgeable, They were able to find a raspberry pi kit for my son for Christmas and have helped me with home server advice and a free diagnostic on my gaming PC to find out what's up with it. Thanks Shawn and company!

I had a great experience with this place. They were really helpful with me getting into pc gaming and went through a whole process for ordering the parts while staying in my budget. Also really friendly staff that were great to be around. If your looking for a pc this is definitely a place id go

Shawn and his team are great. I consider myself very knowledgeable about PC’s and mine had an issue where my CPU would max out usage and cause my FPS to drop to 0 for a couple seconds. I couldn’t figure out the problem for 11 months before I decided to take it in. Shawn figured out the problem in under 2 days, and gave multiple solutions and explanations. 10/10 service.

Shawn and staff are very friendly and provide great service. My son's X Box was having issues and Shawn explained what needed to be completed and how much it would cost. The X Box has not been cleaned in the two years, which cause it to be packed with dust and pet hair. It went into the shop on Monday and it was completed Wednesday morning. I would recommend any parent, which has kids using gaming systems take it to Creative Computers for repair and cleaning.

I love Creative Computers! Shawn is very honest and will give you an honest, reasonable price to repair your PC, tablet, laptop, etc. I'll go here before first before I consider anyplace else! Michelle, also is also very helpful and hard working. They can even help you build a website for your business if you need it! Awesome place, with awesome people to help you!

Called on a Monday to have my screen repaired on my phone, they ordered the screen and have it fully repaired the same week on Friday. The replacement process took about 3 hours because there were 2 people getting repairs done before me. Very pleased! Phone is working wonderfully! Big Thank you Shawn and his team!

Sean and his crew are amazing. The first time I took my laptop in to get a new hard drive--I was very satisfied. They made sure to look at my needs before my wants; which saved me a lot of money. Then a few years later, I went in and looked into a new computer that could run what I needed it to do. And when that ran into issues, Sean quickly sat down and helped fix any issues I had. I would give this more stars if at all possible. Nowhere else I'd go for tech support.

Custom made computer. Works great. Bought Cat 5 cable for tv setup. Excellent service. Friendly people. Service all masked of computers. Other electronics also. Check out the custom computer builds. Beautiful, and functional.

Sean and his staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I wasn't sure what I needed in a computer; Sean sat down with me to figure out my needs and explained the new technology in terms I could understand. Then he found the best price on a great laptop! I was impressed with their customer service. We are so lucky to have this store right here in Tomah.

These guys absolutely rock!! Not only are they extremely knowledgable and willing to explain so you become knowledgable too.. but they are VERY well priced and just downright hilarious to interact with. If I could give over 9000 stars, I would.

I call Sean from time to time after going to him for computer repair. Now living outside of W.I. I still call him up from time to time to ask or discuss certain questions about computers. He is always busy (because I asked him) but the cool thing about Sean is that he still takes the time out of his busy schedule to answer my questions. And if he doesn't have an answer or isn't sure on something right on the spot he'll take the time to look it up and help explain or answer the question. Down to earth guy, does great work, very educated, very friendly, A+ rated! This is my first stop/call for anything computer related. Thank you Sean for your services!

By far the most professional computer company in town with honest and down to earth customer support. The employees are respectful, courteous, and friendly. The only place I’ll ever take my computer.

When I bring my computer in with a mess that I probably did, they do it, and do it right. It's also clean, unlike another place I used to. I am very happy with them.
