I’ve been going here about 2 years now. I love Dr Bailey and the staff. If I need anything all I have to do is message them or call them. Some of the best doctors and staff ever!

UPDATE: PHARMACY ISSUE! i wanted to transfer my refills OVER TO total care as they are trustworthy. Primary plus pharmacy told total care I had no refills, then I had to call over to primary and tell them I have the packaged and bottle that shows refills. Including my blood pressure medication which at first they said no refills. I sent a pic of 1 of the packages over to a message to the provider showing it states a refill. I have Hyperparathyroidism and am very sick. I am extremely exhausted. It's an ugly disease and don't have the energy for the run around. A staff member saw my message and saw in the system I DID have refills. She told me the pharmacy there had issues with transferring. Ok I would have understood that BUT DONT TELL THE OTHER PHARMACY I DONT HAVE ANY REFILLS AS THAT MAKES ME LOOK STUPID! Kristen got everything taken care of for me and I really appreciate that! APRN Shelly put extra refills for me so I have what I need for my leg gash wound and other necessary meds for this horrible disease. The pharmacy really needs to get it together and learn customer service skills w their patients.

APRN Shelly is good. She is caring. She worked w me w medications that I needed. Then switched 1 for me as 1 was making me sick. The new isn't. I would definitely see her again. She also listened to me and was familiar w Hyperparathyroidism which is a Parathyroid Tumor.

Update I saw Dr. Bailey today for hyperparathyroidism, which she fully understands this disease and started a plan of action for me. Very nice and knowledgeable Dr. I see why people have recommended her to me. However she refused to do current bloodwork for me before I saw the surgeon for my consult. Which had I not decided to talk w my endo and use the orders I was saving for a later time I would not have found out my kidneys are starting to fail from this tumor. By getting this very necessary bloodwork I has current results for the endo which saved a step needed for surgery.

UPDATE: to the horrible provider Holly who argued with me that after the xray showing a possible tear in my right ankle, telling me I don't need a boot, refusing to give me a note to get transportation. From a vehicle accident. After numerous attempts e other providers to get an MRI, I finally did, and not only did 1 have 1 tear. I had 2 ligament tears that were not achilles. This town has the absolute worst medical care! At this point, I'm ready to move to somewhere else.

The doctors doesn't care about the patients that need the help the most. And they didn't take time for my family member on all 3 occasions. But the patients that absolutely has issues for a fact and has proof of there health issues doesn't stand a chance with them doctors I know they do illegal stuff there. I have the proof but I wont mention nothing about it at this time ....

Absolutely the worst doctor care I have ever had in my life they all need to go back to medical school because they have no Idea what they are doing what real doctor has to look up on computer to see what is wrong with you a real doctor would know off hand but that's right they Aren't even real doctors Just a bunch of nurse Practitioners who know nothing and they are very rude to their Patients when you call for an appointment and if you are sick you might as well forget about getting in to see the doctor any time soon they will tell you he is all booked up and you have to wait 2 or 3 weeks heck its to late then I for one have already started looking for a real doctor and will never be back at primary plus again.

Receptionist is a rude idiot.
