The first medical professionals to take my concerns about a cyst seriously. Also, the first to question the sanity of the doctors who had refused to do allergy tests. These are the good ones folks.

I was recommended here from my primary care doctor because of my intense and extensive mental health issues. Dr. Fennel has been so kind and understanding, going above and beyond for my mental health needs. After working with him for months now, we have finally got me in a better headspace. Highly recommend him to anyone seeking mental health care.

Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Allison explained everything to me in a very clear manner. She treated me like a person, not just a numbered patient. She listened carefully, and put me at ease while discussing my treatments. I will continue to use Primary plus for my family and would recommend their services.

I see Dr. O here. It's always fast, no wait. And staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I drove 3 hrs one way to be seen here because I got more help there than anywhere I've ever been

My # 1'Dr works the Raejean Jessie if you have Diabetes she is the one to go see.

I go there, great service from your doctors.. good service in the pharmacy... Trying to call and get someone to answer or on the line is terrible!!!!!.... They definitely need to some way to make it easier to get a hold of someone on their phone lines, I hate to call it or make an appointment I'm so hard to get through...

Great facility and staff

I've been going to Ohio healthsource but have switched to Primary Plus. The doctors and nurses and staff in general have been wonderful. I love the fact you can get all your medical needs in one building.

I always get good doctors at Primary Plus.

Wait is minimal, Dr. Grosser is thorough! Makes you feel comfortable and that he truly cares about his patients . His nurse Missy is professional and caring!
