Super 8 by Wyndham Richmond

I love super 8! I stay in a lot of these while traveling if they are available. Very nice people. Some facilities can use some updating on rooms but other than that I’m always satisfied! I’ll be back!

For the price and fact that they're pet-friendly, I was pleasantly surprised with how clean and well kept the rooms were. Ours had nice vinyl plank flooring, good water pressure, a good sized refrigerator, and individual lamps to light the space.

Easy check in process. Room was nice and clean and the bed was really comfortable.

Pretty good room for some much needed rest. Everything was great, though I wished that the curtain rod in the shower was tighten into the wall a bit more then it was, just so water wouldn't splash out. I don't know if their was a trolly in the hotel to roll anything in, but I couldn't find one. Asides from those two issues I wouldn't mind staying again if I needed to.

Nice place. Friendly staff that accommodated our request to have a room on the ground floor and where we could see our Harleys. Pretty good spread for the complimentary breakfast. I really loved that there was a Veteran's parking space and that it was just outside the window of our room. I would definitely stay here again.

Decently quiet place. Rooms were clean. Shower was awesome. Rooms have been remodeled. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great place when you have an emergency and need to stay overnight ! Place is nonsmoking and pet friendly also.

Very clean! Very friendly staff. Had fridge & microwave. Good bed. Had everything we needed. Good location. Quiet.

Having had some bad experiences at motels in the past I started into internet searches early . so many bad reviews. Finally found one with more Good reviews than bad but rather expensive. Obtained a coupon book with. Coupon for 49$ Super8 in Richmond. Checked all the reviews and all were positive. Best stay have had at motel in years. Room was small but who cares for one night. Vinyl floors were spotless as was bathroom. Bed was firm and comfortable. This will be our place when we travel from Floida

Rooms cheap, CLEAN, and Alyssa working the front desk was super helpful with questions concerning the surrounding area, and other various information that we needed, very friendly. The hotel may be 2.5 stars but the front desk staff is 5 stars in my book. Would defintly stay here again if I was ever in the area.

Really good. I'm not talking super 8 good, I mean just good. Clean rooms. Smoke free. Comfortable beds. It's not nasty. Breakfast is good, small eating area, but not difficult to wait until someone moves. All round good hotel.

Everything about the place says "we care". The room was small but very nice. Everything was super clean and in its place. The girl at the front desk must be a mind reader because she answered every question I had just before I was able to ask it. I will stay here again.

Wonderful service for my hubby who was in a wheelchair. Very understanding young man assisted us to get 2 rooms downstairs close by. Very comfortable beds, very pleasant furnishings as well. Will always look for a Super 8 by Wyndham in our travels 😍😍😍

People that work here have been awesome. Rooms were under renovation and we were the first to stay in the room. Queen size bed, microwave, refrigerator, showers that were actually shower. Breakfast every morning. Awesome stay!

Alyssa was a great friendly face when I checked in. She was very folksy and made me feel right at home. It is rare these days to go to a hotel and get anything other than a grumble from behind the counter. She was very thorough in telling me where everything was and making sure I settled in well and very helpful from the time I first called about 4 hours before my arrival to confirm everything.

I read through the recent reviews and felt compelled to express my positive experience, to set the record straight for others considering booking here. The staff, by far, has been the most friendly and wonderfully accommodating people I've come across in the hospitality industry. Specifically, Charlie and the front desk professional, Savannah. And, with our nationwide travel for work, I've seen enough to know when a hotel merits the time for a well-deserved review. Their flexibility and efforts to please the customer is outstanding and besides fair pricing, the hotel rooms were clean, renovated and quite pleasant. Many nearby hotels, in this price range, don't offer a fraction of what Super 8 Richmond offers its guests. Wifi works great and they have a hot breakfast bar in the mornings, unlike the other post that indicated there was no breakfast. I highly recommend staying here- no hassle, no fuss!

We often stay ar Super 8 when traveling. Beds were nice and the bathroom was clean. Only problem is WAY TOO MANY tacky signs everywhere.

Very nice staff, and helpful as well. The room was clean and very comfortable. My only concern was one washer & dryer for laundry. Otherwise, I would definitely stay again. RECOMMENDED.

I'm still here at this posting! Have had a great stay! Very clean, newly renovated. Staff very friendly, good contenital breakfast! I've been in Super 8. But this one is the Best yet. Easy off of interstate. Give it a try! Thanks Super 8
