Been dealing with AutoZone since I was 16. 52 now and the service has always been outstanding. Made the mistake of locking myself out of my truck. They moved heaven and earth to get me back in it. Including borrowing a tool from O'Reilly's. Now that's Team work. Top notches to both organizations.

They had what I needed for my truck. The employee took real good care of me and what I needed.

Good service to help me find what we needed. Glad they have some marine grade products too.

I needed a new bulb for my dim headlight. The price was right and they helped me in replacing the old bulb. I always have good luck with AutoZone of Maysville. They 5 stars from me.

Excellent and caring service. I walked in nearly panicking and was taken good care of by Eric & Joseph. Both helped me find what I needed, helped me install it, ran in and got the other stuff we found I needed, then checked on me while I waited for my car to cool off in the parking lot.

On a very difficult day after having to have my cat put down, I noticed that my windshield wiper on my side was ripped and flailing around. Trying to drive through the rain, while sobbing uncontrollably, was difficult enough without this added difficulty so I stopped at AutoZone. I was dreading going inside because I knew I looked awful and I couldn't even think of what size or what kind of blade or refill it needed. This awesome guy that works there (I wish I had gotten his name) was so kind, patient, that I calmed down for the first time in day's! He put it on for me poured my windshield washer fluid. This may seem small and insignificant to anybody reading this, but on that day during that horrible time he was like Superman to come and save the day (for me)!

People there are always helpful and kind. The phone might ring of the hook but these folks are helping everyone all the time. Parts are always there with in a day or so if they don't have it there. Great place for help with your vehicle

They didn't have the part I needed for my car and the book for some reason showed that it was unavailable. The person helping me did everything that could to help me. Very courteous and I will definitely go back when the car needs something.

Had a new battery installed in my F250, and although it was a battery that would work it was just to small and constantly died. The manager Dustin, looked it up and realized it was to small a battery and cold cranking amps were lacking by a couple hundred of what it should been. He swapped the battery out under warranty and installed the new one. Very professional, couldn’t have asked for better service. I appreciate your candor and professionalism and this reinforces why I ship at Maysville Autozone. Thank you!
