Days Inn by Wyndham Richmond

Non-smoking room smelled of 30yr old smoking room. Bed and linens were fresh. Office desk for working. Fridge, coffee maker, ironing board and TV. Complimentary waffles on demand in the morning. Can't beat this for the budget price.

Traveling the day after Christmas. Was just looking for a clean, quiet, safe place to break up my trip and REST! My room was nicely painted with new tile flooring . The bath was EXTREMELY CLEAN!! And the hot water was HOT AND ENDLESS! I would stay here again without question! Very nice man who checked me in. 😁

Another overnight stay during our road trip. Leslie was awesome and so welcoming! Room was clean and very comfortable. They even had a smoking room available at a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend if you're passing through Richmond KY

My family and I were looking for a quiet place to crash for the night, we saw the Days Inn sign off the interstate. I have stayed at other Days Inns before, but this one here in Richmond Ky was superb. The customer service was exceptional, checking in was quick and easy, no waiting. The staff was very knowledgeable about their job. What really surprised me is what type of room I wanted. Being a smoker, they had one on the ground floor, #130, next to the pool which we really enjoyed. The room had been remodeled with newly updated bedding and furniture, everything was as cozy as could be. I have read past reviews of other guests who have complained of bugs, bed bugs, etc, to my surprise I had no issues and like most people would do check room before occupying it. I will clear this up with one last comment, I myself have been working in the hospitality field since 1996, so I'm to say that this Days Inn here in Richmond Ky is deserving of the 5 Star Rating that I have given and when back in the area, will definitely be my place to stay. Noteworthy to mention is checking out was a breeze and the continental breakfast was excellent.

Was a awesome experience, the room was clean and breakfast was awesome. The front desk clerk Josh was very helpful and fast and curtious. I will be returning for another amazing weekend.The room was very clean and service was great

The room was great. They have been updated and I love the blue color scheme. Clean, had comfy beds, and good wifi. The staff really cares. They were also pet friendly. At check in they gave my pup a complementary all natural dog treats. Love places that not only makes me feel welcomed but makes my puppy feel welcomed too.

MS. Singh was so nice. After the red roof inn wouldn't take my card this was the only place that would let my mom pay for a room over the phone. Room was on the smaller side but its not meant to be a 5 star hotel! It was clean, bedding was clean, bath linens were clean and the bed was comfy. Oh and they provide plenty of pillows!

This place has changed it up with all of the rooms being newly remodel. I enjoyed my peaceful stay as I'm an local resident of Richmond. Mia at the front desk is a lovely face that goes out of her way to make sure your stay is nice, quiet and peaceful. She is one of the reason that I will be back when I need another break and need to run away for a couple of days. And yes its the only motel left around Richmond that you can still choose a smoking room if your a smoker and that right there won me over as well. The rooms have a flat screen HD in them as well newly wood floors and the softness of the pillows took me right to sleep. The hot water is amazing and I also liked all of the fast food restaurant is walking distant and a couple of gas stations and don't forget a Dollar General store as well. Waffle House is in the back side with a sidewalk with plenty of lighting for you in the dark.

Stayed at Day Inn for 6 weeks for Govt training. My stay here was pleasant. The staff and ownership were great to deal with! Butch, Ryan, Carmen and Kenny were very hospitable. I never had a problem the whole time I stayed here. A lot to be said from the problems with other hotels in the area. I;e Best western, Super 8;etc.

Awesome owners and a great staff. Very helpful and considerate. Will do everything in their power to make sure that your stay is smooth and easy as possible. By far best hotel on exit and probably best hotel in Richmond. That is taking price, room cleanliness, accommodations, and hospitality all in to account. You can find nice rooms and better amenities at other hotels but you will also pay for those too. If you want to lay your head down in a clean room and get up and go, then this is the place for you.

I've stayed at the Days Inn Richmond Kentucky for 2 weeks August 31st through September 15th. The rooms are very clean the people are very nice and very accommodating. The price is extremely reasonable. I read other reviews I do not agree with those whatsoever while I was here I did take the time to walk around the motel several times it's really close to different restaurants and convenience stores. The other rooms that I was able to see into we're very nice indeed they've all been recently updated nice large TVs the linens are fresh crisp and clean. overall I would have to say I will recommend this hotel and if I'm ever in the area this is where I will be staying again. Overall pleasant and professional experience. Arrived a bit late due to flight delays. Walked in on a very nice young man named Randy. He was extremely courteous and helpful and provided all the necessities after a long journey. The rooms were very well laid out, beds nothing short of comfortable and I was able to sleep very well, considering that I'm quite sensitive on that. I would most definitely visit again when I'm around the area. Overall 5 Stars, especially given the decent price tag.

Absolutely wonderful service. Able to accommodate my flight delays and still check me in at late/early hours. Management team were very professional and General Manager was a delight to speak with. Would highly recommend this location as well as some of their other properties. Can’t wait to be back in Richmond and stay here again!

Mia was super friendly and talked to us like we've known her for years!! She also gave us a free upgrade just because she had the availability! How kind! Room was clean and the location is convenient for food and travel.

Great hotel for a quick nights sleep, for me and my 6yr old daughter. Clean, comfortable bed. It's not some uppity, high class hotel. But for a clean, cozy place to catch some rest, why complain?

Clean and comfy under $100.. Pleasant staff from check in Rio check out.. from the desk to house keeping..even a guy on break in the breakfast area made for a pleasant experience. The room smelled clean upon entering and it was clean throughout. We'd just left a hotel in Lexington that was dirty and came here.. they "made everything better" and our exhausted family slept soundly in the plush beds then enjoyed one of the more decent continental breakfast.. yay waffle iron!

What a great experience, start to finish the easiest stay I've had. Great people, good neighborhood, super convenient, and the staff was amazing. I love Mia, she'll help with anything, even directions! Will definitely be back!

I absolutely LOVE this place! Rooms are CLEAN and up to date. Staff is always friendly! Pool is beautiful and peaceful! I stay here often and it definitely gets 5 stars from me !

My name is Mary Day I am using my daughter in laws phone to write my review. I absolutley love this hotel. Room 112 is my favorite. The location and easy access to food and travel is awesome.It is always clean and mia is so kind. I had my 65th birthday get together there last Sunday and we all had a very good time. The head house keeper is a very very great person and worker, all the staff are friendly and helpful. I just love this place I recommend this for a family pool party in the summertime!! 5/5

The staff was extremely nice, and the rooms were very clean. I stayed for several weeks while looking for a new house, and the staff treated me like family. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!!!
