Fountain Of Flowers

I needed flowers for a funeral. I tried ordering on line at other establishments, those were painful. I came upon Fountain of Flowers, made a call and had nothing but a wonderful experience. The man on the phone was very helpful. The experience was true customer service. The arrangement was fantastic! When we saw what was sent to the family, I was blown away. It was a beautiful arrangement.

I wanted something for my hubby for our Anniversary. Jerri took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted (more greenery than flowers) and even added some of her own personal greenery to make the arrangement extra special. And to top that off, she waited for me to call her back with a little anniversary poem before finishing the order. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you Jerri!

I ordered flowers online for a family member's birthday. I was called very soon after and told that some of the flowers in my specific order weren't available so we discussed other available options. Ordering online was super easy, the customer service I received was outstanding, and the flowers were delivered on time and looked beautiful! Excellent experience from start to finish. Thank you!

I stopped by in the middle of December to pick up roses and not only did they have the roses for a very reasonable price The lady that runs the shop was amazing and friendly. Extremely helpful and very thorough at her job. And if Henry happens to be there make sure you say hi

Lady was nice and helpful. She has helped me we 2 funeral arrangements. I had no idk what I was doing/getting into but she guided me graciously. Thus was a bouquet from my bf. Not the funeral arrangements

Jerri and team always do a lovely job with arrangements and plants. Their service is super, prices reasonable and deliveries always on time. So friendly on the phone, too - we order from Canada for our Madison family member.

I ordered from NC for my best friends dad funeral. They called and said the heart keepsake that came with flowers was out if stock and put a crystal in place of it! My friend sent pix of it and the arrangement and cross were beautiful. The lady who called was very nice and considerate. I reccomend

My mother-in-law sugested this florist, she has done business there for years. When my husband's stepfather passed away I ordered two floral arrangements. Both were beautiful! Jeri told me on the phone when I ordered that she would be sure everything was handled right and she did! She even sent an arrangement herself since my mother-in-law had been a good customer all these years! Fantastic service and first class owner!

I live several states away & Jeri was very helpful & made fabulous floral arrangements for each of my parent's 90th & 92nd birthdays which both happen in the same month but a week apart. My sister sent me pics & the arrangements were very full & generous. I can't thank her enough for making their birthdays special.

No only were her flowers absolutely gorgeous they by far for exceded what it looked like online on the pictures and that rarely happens !! She also wrote 9 different individual notes !! By far and away the best flower service ive ever seen in my life!! i strongly recomend fountian of flowers !!

I was very impressed with the service I received from Fountain of Flowers. The owner there was fantastic. She was very helpful in helping me pick and choose a plant for my sister in law. My sister in law, loved them! I had a very bad experience with ANOTHER company. FOUNTAIN OF FLOWERS WHERE THERE WHEN I NEEDED THEM. I WILL BE USING THEIR SERVICE FROM NOW ON. Placed order for 14" high and 29 1/2 " heartfelt farewell display. They did not have lilies but I okayed substitute. Would highly recommend

Visiting the area and need a floral arrangement found this location by accident the lady was about to close but took the time to make a beautiful arrangement. Great customer service, great person and the price was unbelievable.

Great last minute service, listened to my special request and a nice lady called me when I didn’t put payment information in correctly instead of just cancelling the order. Would recommend.
